Key takeaway: $5 to $15 per person per month is what PerformYard lists for each of its two suites, Performance and Talent Development, on performyard.com/pricing, read on 31 October 2026. Pricing is per seat and billed annually, and the FAQ says costs "vary based on the number of employees and selected products, with volume pricing available for larger organizations." For 100 people, one suite works out to $6,000 to $18,000 a year at list. Buyers in Vendr's data report a median of $13,565 a year, a buyer-reported estimate rather than a PerformYard price.

PerformYard is a performance management platform for reviews, goals, check-ins and engagement surveys. Unlike many HR vendors, it prints a dollar figure on its pricing page. Unlike Lattice and 15Five, it prints a range rather than a single price, and the top of that range is three times the bottom.

That range is the whole story of a PerformYard quote. Where you land depends on headcount, which suites you buy and how much volume pricing you negotiate. Every figure below was read on PerformYard's own pages on 31 October 2026 in a rendered browser, and the annual totals come from a script committed with this article.

How much does PerformYard cost in 2026?

The pricing page lists two suites with the same price range. There is no monthly billing toggle and no per-tier price.

PerformYard suite (checked 31 Oct 2026) List price What the card lists
Performance $5 to $15 per person/month Reviews, meetings, goals, engagement, feedback, surveys, plus PerformYard AI
Talent Development $5 to $15 per person/month Compensation, coaching, competencies, succession planning, employee insights, career pathing, plus PerformYard AI
Both suites $10 to $30 per person/month Sum of the two published ranges

The pricing FAQ sets the billing terms: "PerformYard is priced on a per-seat model, billed annually." It gives no minimum seat count or minimum spend. Talent Development is the newer suite; PerformYard's talent development page describes it as software that "layers coaching, compensation, and competencies onto the performance management process."

What does PerformYard cost per year at 25, 100 or 500 people?

Annual cost is the per-person price times people times 12. Because PerformYard publishes a range, each cell shows the bottom and top of that range.

People Performance only ($5 to $15) Performance + Talent Development ($10 to $30)
25 $1,500 to $4,500 $3,000 to $9,000
50 $3,000 to $9,000 $6,000 to $18,000
100 $6,000 to $18,000 $12,000 to $36,000
250 $15,000 to $45,000 $30,000 to $90,000
500 $30,000 to $90,000 $60,000 to $180,000

PerformYard does not say which end of the range applies to which company size. The FAQ's mention of "volume pricing available for larger organizations" implies per-person rates fall with size, but the page does not say where any company lands, so treat the table as a budget band rather than a quote.

What is included in the PerformYard price?

Support and implementation are bundled. The pricing page lists "Free support for every customer," "included with every plan, no matter which products you choose":

  • Dedicated success manager
  • Hands-on implementation
  • Unlimited employee trainings
  • HRIS integrations and SSO

The FAQ adds: "There are never any additional fees for onboarding or training." PerformYard's why PerformYard page says PerformYard "includes unlimited, expert-level support in every contract" at no additional cost. That matters when comparing quotes, because some HR vendors charge implementation as a separate line item.

Seats can grow mid-contract. PerformYard's help article on adding seats (last updated August 19, 2026) says billing admins can buy more seats during the term, and the purchase screen shows "your contracted per-seat rate and the minimum number of seats you can purchase," with a price "pro-rated ... based on the time remaining in your contract" plus sales tax.

What do buyers actually pay for PerformYard?

Vendr, a software procurement company, publishes figures from deals it has seen. On 31 October 2026 its PerformYard page said "Median buyer pays $13,565 per year," with a low of $7,000 and a high of $18,900. The page gives no purchase count and no breakdown by suite or headcount. These are buyer-reported estimates, not PerformYard prices.

To read the median against list price: $13,565 a year is what about 226 people would cost on one suite at $5, or about 75 people at $15. Vendr's $18,900 high equals about 105 people at the $15 top rate.

One buyer comment on the same Vendr page, from a "Company with 201-1000 employees," says: "We were able to secure a 30% discount on a new purchase for single year terms." That is one anecdote, not a typical discount, but it shows the range is negotiable.

How does PerformYard pricing compare to Lattice and 15Five?

Lattice's pricing page, read the same day, lists Performance at $10 a seat, Foundations (Performance plus Goals & OKRs) at $13 and Engagement at $4, with a $4,000 minimum annual agreement. 15Five's pricing page lists Perform at $11 and Total Platform at $16 per user a month, both billed annually. Culture Amp publishes no price: "Pricing depends on the number of employees, product chosen, and service tier."

Annual list price (checked 31 Oct 2026) 25 people 100 people
PerformYard Performance ($5 to $15) $1,500 to $4,500 $6,000 to $18,000
Lattice Performance ($10) $4,000 (minimum applies) $12,000
Lattice Foundations ($13) $4,000 (minimum applies) $15,600
15Five Perform ($11) $3,300 $13,200
15Five Total Platform ($16) $4,800 $19,200

At the bottom of its range, PerformYard costs half as much as Lattice Performance for a 100-person rollout. At the top, it is more expensive than Lattice Performance or 15Five Perform. Small teams gain most from the lack of a published minimum: Lattice charges at least $4,000 a year however few seats you buy. Module lists differ, so compare what each package includes, not just the totals. Our Lattice pricing, 15Five pricing, Culture Amp pricing and Leapsome pricing checks give the detail, and the performance management software roundup compares features.

How does Noon compare to PerformYard?

They work at different ends of the employee lifecycle. PerformYard runs reviews, goals and compensation for the people you already employ. Noon handles hiring before the offer: an AI sourcer that searches the whole web for candidates, not just LinkedIn, email enrichment, personalized email and SMS outreach, and interview scheduling.

The pricing models differ too. PerformYard charges per seat, so the bill rises with headcount and with each suite. Noon sells one plan with unlimited sourcing, unlimited email enrichment, unlimited contacts, unlimited agents and unlimited seats, with no credits and no per-seat fees. Noon does not publish a dollar price; the pricing page explains how to get a quote. For how recruiting tools price, see our recruiting software pricing index, and for HR suites with performance modules, our HiBob pricing check.

Sources and methodology

Limitations

  • PerformYard publishes a range, not a price. The page does not say which company sizes or products land at $5 or at $15, so annual figures are bands.
  • Vendr's figures come from deals Vendr saw, with no purchase count, suite or headcount breakdown. The 30% discount is a single buyer's comment.
  • No minimum seat count or minimum spend is published on the pricing page. The help center's add-seats screen does show a minimum seat purchase for mid-term additions.
  • Prices change. All figures are as read on 31 October 2026.
