Key takeaway: $28,761 a year is the median ChartHop contract in Vendr's buyer data, based on 126 purchases, with a low of $11,895 and a high of $110,577. That is a buyer-reported estimate, not a ChartHop price: charthop.com/pricing, read on 30 October 2026, shows no dollar figure. It asks three questions (headcount, modules, systems) and then says "We will come back to you within one business day."
ChartHop is a people analytics and org planning platform: a live org chart, dashboards, and modules for HRIS, headcount planning, compensation, performance, engagement and goals. Recruiting teams meet it through headcount planning, because its Headcount Planning page says it pushes "approved job requisitions to Ashby, Greenhouse, Jobvite, or Lever."
Two of its closest rivals print a price. Lattice's pricing page lists Foundations at $13 a seat a month with a $4,000 minimum annual agreement, read on 30 October 2026. ChartHop prints none, so a budget has to come from what ChartHop says drives the quote, what buyers report paying, and what comparable tools cost at list. Every figure below was read in a rendered browser on 30 October 2026, and third-party dollar figures are labelled as estimates each time.
Does ChartHop publish its pricing?
No. On 30 October 2026 the pricing page carried no dollar figure in its rendered text or its page code. It is a quote form titled "Get pricing that works for you" with the line "Answer three quick questions and we'll prepare a proposal for you." We drove the form through to the contact step without submitting details:
| Step on charthop.com/pricing (30 Oct 2026) | What it asks |
|---|---|
| 1 of 3, Your team | "How big is your team? Everyone in the org, including contractors." Number of employees, "We use this to size your plan." |
| 2 of 3, What you need | People analytics, HRIS, Workforce planning, Compensation, Performance, Engagement, Goals, ChartHop AI (select all that apply) |
| 3 of 3, Your systems | Which of 34 named systems to connect (ADP, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and others) |
| Almost there, Your details | "Where should we contact you? We will come back to you within one business day." |
Two pricing inputs are visible in that form. The headcount question counts everyone, "including contractors," so contractors raise the quote. And the side panel says sales will recommend "the right combination of ChartHop Core and modules," so price scales with module count as well as headcount.
What is included in every ChartHop plan?
The pricing page lists eight things under "Every plan includes": a live org chart, people analytics and dashboards, Ask ChartHop (the AI assistant), 100+ integrations, role-based permissions, a map view, a company calendar and document storage. The platform page says these come "with every ChartHop account, before you add a single workflow module."
Everything else is a module. The platform page names six (HRIS, Headcount Planning, Compensation, Performance, Engagement, Goals) and calls AI Pro "the agentic add-on," which builds agents that run on a schedule in ChartHop, Slack or Teams. None of the module pages we read on 30 October 2026 lists a price.
One cost that sits outside ChartHop entirely is payroll. The HRIS module FAQ answers "Does ChartHop HRIS have payroll?" with "No," and says it integrates with ADP, Gusto and other providers. Budget a payroll tool on top; our HRIS platforms roundup covers suites that include it.
What do buyers report paying for ChartHop?
Because ChartHop publishes nothing, the only dollar figures are buyer reports. Vendr's ChartHop page, read 30 October 2026, gives:
| Vendr buyer-reported figure (30 Oct 2026) | Per year | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Median | $28,761 | $2,397 |
| Low | $11,895 | $991 |
| High | $110,577 | $9,215 |
| Sample | 126 purchases | |
| Average buyer saving reported by Vendr | 17% |
The high is 9.3 times the low, which fits a price set by headcount and module count: a small team buying analytics alone and a large company buying every module both count as ChartHop purchases. Vendr also writes that most buyers pay "between $6 and $18 per employee per month" and that implementation fees run "$5,000 to $25,000+." Both are Vendr estimates; ChartHop's site confirms neither. A first year at the median plus the lowest implementation fee Vendr reports would be $33,761.
Vendr's guide also names ChartHop tiers (Essentials, Growth, Enterprise) with per-employee ranges. Those tier names do not appear on charthop.com, which talks only about Core plus modules, so we do not treat them as ChartHop's plans.
How does ChartHop pricing compare to Lattice, Culture Amp and HiBob?
Lattice is the only one of the four that publishes a price. The other three are quote-only, so the fair comparison is Vendr medians side by side, read on the same day:
| Vendor | Published price (30 Oct 2026) | Vendr median, per year | Purchases | vs ChartHop |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Culture Amp | None, quote only | $23,400 | 517 | -18.6% |
| ChartHop | None, quote form | $28,761 | 126 | |
| Lattice | Foundations $13 a seat a month, $4,000 minimum | $30,240 | 641 | +5.1% |
| HiBob | None, quote only | $46,532 | 94 | +61.8% |
All four medians are buyer-reported estimates. At list, Lattice Foundations costs $156 a seat a year, so ChartHop's median would buy about 184 Lattice seats; 100 seats is $15,600 and 250 seats is $39,000. Lattice's $4,000 minimum covers about 26 seats. Lattice and ChartHop overlap on performance, goals, engagement and compensation, but their module mixes differ, so the products are not like for like. Our pricing checks for Lattice, Culture Amp and HiBob have each vendor's full breakdown.
How do you get a lower ChartHop quote?
These steps follow from what ChartHop's own pages say drives the price:
- Count heads carefully. The form counts contractors. If only employees need profiles, say so in writing before the proposal is built.
- Buy the modules you will use this year. The quote is "Core and modules," and the platform page says "Add the workflows when you need them" because every module "runs on the same model."
- Price AI Pro separately. It is an add-on, and the Ask ChartHop assistant is already in every plan.
- Ask for implementation in the order form. Vendr reports fees from $5,000; get the number and scope in writing.
- Use a published benchmark. Lattice's $13 a seat list price is a public anchor for the performance side.
If the reason you are evaluating ChartHop is hiring, write the strategic hiring plan first: it tells you whether you need headcount planning software or just a spreadsheet and an ATS. Our guide to AI workforce planning covers the tools that forecast headcount.
Where does Noon fit next to ChartHop?
ChartHop decides which roles get approved; it does not find the people to fill them. Once a requisition lands in Greenhouse, Ashby or Lever, Noon takes over: an AI sourcer that searches the whole web for candidates (not just LinkedIn), email enrichment, personalized email and SMS outreach, and AI interviewing and scheduling.
The pricing models differ. ChartHop prices by headcount (contractors included) and module count. Noon sells one plan with unlimited sourcing, unlimited email enrichment, unlimited contacts, unlimited agents and unlimited seats: no credits and no per-seat fees, so adding recruiters or roles does not change the bill. Noon does not publish a dollar price; the pricing page explains how to get one. For how 47 recruiting software vendors price, see our recruiting software pricing index.
Sources and methodology
- ChartHop pricing page, read rendered in Chrome via Playwright on 30 October 2026; the three-step form was driven to the contact step (100 employees, People analytics, Greenhouse) without submitting details, and the page code was searched for any dollar figure.
- ChartHop platform, HRIS, Headcount Planning and October 2026 product update pages, read 30 October 2026 (no prices listed).
- Vendr pages for ChartHop, Lattice, Culture Amp and HiBob, read 30 October 2026; buyer-reported estimates only.
- Lattice pricing (cards and FAQ) and Culture Amp plans and pricing, read rendered on 30 October 2026.

Limitations
- ChartHop publishes no list price, so no ChartHop figure here is a quote. Vendr's sample is self-selected buyers who used Vendr, and the page does not say which modules or headcounts sit behind the median.
- Vendr's ChartHop page header shows a slightly different average ($28,760) and deal count (74) from its 126-purchase median section; we use the median section.
- The Vendr medians for Lattice, Culture Amp and HiBob cover different product mixes, so the comparison table shows budget levels, not like-for-like prices.
- ChartHop's help center has no public pricing or billing article we could find, so billing terms (annual vs monthly, renewal) are unconfirmed; ask for them in the order form.
- Prices and plan names change. These are the pages as they read on 30 October 2026.
