Key takeaway: $23,400 a year is the median Culture Amp contract in Vendr's buyer data, based on 517 purchases, with a low of $8,268 and a high of $59,100. That is a buyer-reported estimate, not a Culture Amp price: cultureamp.com/pricing, read on 20 October 2026, publishes no dollar figure. Engage and Perform are both "Request a quote," and "Pricing depends on the number of employees, product chosen, and service tier."
Culture Amp sells employee engagement surveys and performance management, and unlike two of its closest rivals it prints no price. Those rivals do: 15Five lists Engage at $4 per user per month and Lattice lists Engagement at $4 per seat, both billed annually.
So a Culture Amp budget has to be assembled from three things: what Culture Amp's own page says drives the price, what buyers report paying, and what comparable products cost at list. This page does all three. Every figure was read on 20 October 2026 in a rendered browser, and the arithmetic comes from a script committed with this article. Third-party dollar figures are labelled as estimates every time they appear.
How much does Culture Amp cost in 2026?
Culture Amp does not say. Its pricing URL redirects to a "Plans & pricing" page that sells two products, an engagement survey suite and a performance suite (compare both categories in our employee engagement software and performance management software roundups), both on quote, plus a consulting add-on:
| Culture Amp product (checked 20 Oct 2026) | Price shown | What the card lists |
|---|---|---|
| Engage | "Request a quote" | AI Coach, Performance Culture Quadrant diagnostic, Retention Insights, DEI survey, pulse surveys, onboarding and offboarding surveys, benchmarking, action plans |
| Perform | "Request a quote" | AI Coach, continuous feedback, performance reviews and calibration, 1-on-1s, development plans, Skills coach, goals, performance insights |
| People Science Consulting | "Request a quote" | Add-on to Engage or Perform: HR expertise, I/O psychology and analytics |
| Enterprise | "Enterprise pricing available" | Shown under Perform and for organizations with 1,000+ employees |
The page's only pricing answer is its FAQ: "Pricing depends on the number of employees, product chosen, and service tier. All Culture Amp products are billed on an annual basis." Expect a per-employee, annual contract, with the number of employees covered as the main lever, the same model most HR and recruiting tools in our recruiting software pricing index use.
The best available buyer data is Vendr's. On 20 October 2026 its Culture Amp page read "Median buyer pays $23,400 per year," "Based on data from 517 purchases, with buyers saving 13% on average," with a low of $8,268 and a high of $59,100. The same page's header shows "376 Deals handled" next to the 517 purchases; the median is stated against the 517-purchase figure, and the guide text is marked "Last updated: February 2026," so treat the median as a dated estimate rather than a live price. The high end is 7.1 times the low end, which is what you would expect when price scales with headcount.
What do Culture Amp's service tiers include?
The pricing page splits service by company size. This is the "service tier" its FAQ says moves the price:
| Organization size | Service listed on cultureamp.com/pricing |
|---|---|
| Under 200 employees | Group Customer Success support, on-demand training resources, 24/5 chat and email support |
| 200 to 999 employees | All of the above, plus a One-on-One Customer Success partnership and "Expert project management with Implementation" |
| 1,000+ employees | Manager and executive trainings, a results call with a People Scientist, one-on-one and group coaching, a pre-launch review, 24/5 chat and email support ("Enterprise pricing available") |
Every plan includes AI Coach, a multilingual platform, SSO and encryption, Shoutouts, HRIS integrations, 1-on-1 templates and Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations. The FAQ adds that 1-on-1 conversations, Shoutouts and Skills Coach are always included.
One detail to check in your security review: the plan card says "Full GDPR & SOC2 compliance," while the FAQ on the same page says Culture Amp follows "GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001 and we have recently acquired our SOC II Type I certification." Ask which SOC 2 report type you will receive.
What hidden costs come with a Culture Amp contract?
Vendr's February 2026 guide lists costs outside the base subscription. These are Vendr's buyer-reported ranges, not Culture Amp terms. Applied to the $23,400 median, they look like this:
| Cost item (Vendr, buyer-reported, Feb 2026) | Vendr's range | On a $23,400 contract |
|---|---|---|
| Implementation and onboarding, first year | 10% to 25% | $2,340 to $5,850 |
| Premium support (dedicated CSM, priority support), per year | 10% to 20% | $2,340 to $4,680 |
| Renewal price escalator | 3% to 7% a year | Year two at $24,102 to $25,038 |
The same February 2026 guide reports that multi-year terms of two to three years "commonly" bring annual pricing 15% to 25% lower than one-year contracts, that contracts "commonly auto-renew unless notice is provided 30–60 days before expiration," that sales cycles "can take 4–8 weeks," and that "Culture Amp's fiscal year ends in June." Culture Amp's own page confirms only part of this: onboarding "will differ based upon the service tier you select," and the 200 to 999 tier includes implementation project management.
Vendr's February 2026 guide describes three modules, Engage, Perform and Develop. The live pricing page lists only Engage and Perform, so if a quote includes Develop, ask what it maps to on the current product list.
Why do other sites show different Culture Amp prices?
Because none of them come from Culture Amp. What we found on 20 October 2026:
- ITQlick says "Culture Amp starts at $9 per employee/month" (updated 1 July 2026). At that rate, 100 employees would cost $10,800 a year, 250 would cost $27,000 and 500 would cost $54,000. ITQlick's own comparison table on the same page reads "No public price found."
- JOP (getjop.com), a competing OKR vendor, shows "Pricing: $11" in its header and then says "Culture Amp does not disclose pricing plans for its platform."
- Saaskart says pricing is "reported from ~$4,500/year for small teams, SMB often $8K–$16K, and enterprise $40K–$80K+/year for the full suite."
- AssessmentCloud, comparing against 15Five in September 2026, declined to repeat any per-employee figure for Culture Amp because none appear on Culture Amp's site.
- G2 returned an access error and Capterra a 404 on the check date, and an AWS Marketplace search for "culture amp" returned no Culture Amp listing, so none of those is used.
The figures conflict with each other. Use them, and Vendr's median, to sanity-check a quote, never as a published price.
How does Culture Amp pricing compare to 15Five and Lattice?
The useful comparison is the number a Culture Amp quote has to beat. These are list prices from each vendor's own pricing page on 20 October 2026, multiplied by 12 months. 15Five's page is marked "Updated February 2026"; Lattice applies a $4,000 minimum annual agreement.
| Annual list price | 100 employees | 250 employees | 500 employees |
|---|---|---|---|
| 15Five Engage ($4 per user/month) | $4,800 | $12,000 | $24,000 |
| Lattice Engagement ($4 per seat/month) | $4,800 | $12,000 | $24,000 |
| 15Five Perform ($11) | $13,200 | $33,000 | $66,000 |
| Lattice Foundations ($13) | $15,600 | $39,000 | $78,000 |
| 15Five Total Platform ($16, Engage plus Perform) | $19,200 | $48,000 | $96,000 |
| Lattice Foundations plus Engagement ($13 + $4, summed) | $20,400 | $51,000 | $102,000 |
Turned around, Vendr's $23,400 Culture Amp median would cover 487 people on 15Five Engage or Lattice Engagement at list, 177 on 15Five Perform, 150 on Lattice Foundations, 121 on 15Five Total Platform, or 114 on Lattice Foundations plus Engagement. That says nothing about what the typical Culture Amp buyer looks like, since Vendr does not publish seat counts behind the median. It does give you a per-employee figure to ask for: request your Culture Amp quote per employee per month and set it against the table.

How does Noon compare to Culture Amp?
For the hiring side of the people budget, Noon is the stronger buy, because it is built for the work that happens before anyone joins and its price does not grow with headcount. Culture Amp measures and develops people who already work for you. Noon works before the offer: an AI sourcer that searches the whole web for candidates beyond LinkedIn, email enrichment, and personalised email and SMS outreach sequences, with interviewing and scheduling built into the same workflow.
The pricing models are opposite, too. Culture Amp prices by number of employees, product and service tier, so the bill grows with headcount. Noon sells one plan with unlimited sourcing, unlimited email enrichment, unlimited contacts, unlimited agents and unlimited seats, with no credits and no per-seat fees, so adding recruiters or hiring managers does not change the price. Noon does not publish a dollar price; the pricing page explains how to get one.
The verdict for talent teams: put Noon on the hiring budget to source, contact and schedule candidates without per-seat or per-contact limits, and keep Culture Amp in the running for engagement and performance once those roles are filled. If you are weighing both against a fixed people budget, our cost-per-hire benchmarks show what each external hire typically costs.

Limitations
- Culture Amp publishes no price, so no figure on this page is a Culture Amp price. Vendr's median and range are buyer-reported, cover only deals Vendr saw, and come without a breakdown by module or headcount.
- Vendr's page shows two different deal counts (376 and 517) and a guide dated February 2026, so the median may lag current pricing.
- Applying Vendr's percentage ranges to the median is illustration, not a quote; your add-on costs depend on your contract.
- 15Five and Lattice list prices exclude negotiated discounts, and their packages do not map one to one onto Culture Amp's products.
FAQ
Does Culture Amp publish its pricing? No. On 20 October 2026 every product on cultureamp.com/pricing was "Request a quote." The FAQ says "Pricing depends on the number of employees, product chosen, and service tier."
How much does Culture Amp cost per year? Vendr's buyer data shows a median of $23,400 a year across 517 purchases, with a range of $8,268 to $59,100. That is an estimate from buyers, not a Culture Amp price.
How much does Culture Amp cost per employee? Culture Amp does not publish a per-employee rate. ITQlick estimates it "starts at $9 per employee/month," which would be $10,800 a year for 100 employees. Ask for your quote per employee per month to compare it with 15Five ($4 to $16) and Lattice ($4 to $17).
Can you pay for Culture Amp monthly? Culture Amp's pricing FAQ says "All Culture Amp products are billed on an annual basis." Vendr's February 2026 guide reports that some buyers negotiate quarterly or monthly billing, so ask if it matters.
Is Culture Amp more expensive than 15Five? 15Five lists Engage at $4, Perform at $11 and Total Platform at $16 per user per month. Culture Amp publishes nothing to compare, but Vendr's $23,400 median equals 15Five Total Platform for about 121 people at list.
What should a Culture Amp quote include? Confirm the employee count covered, which products (Engage, Perform, People Science Consulting), the service tier, implementation fees, premium support, the renewal escalator and the notice period. Vendr's February 2026 guide covers each of these as a separate negotiation point.
