What changed in Noon this week

One entry per week covering what shipped for recruiting teams: sourcing, email and SMS outreach, analytics, ATS integrations, and the website. Newest first.

Sourcing agent chat, campaign agent, and a public AI-readable layer

  • Sourcing agent chat. The Autopilot sidebar now opens with a chat. Ask the sourcing agent to tighten or loosen a search, answer its clarifying questions inline, and get result cards instead of a wall of text.
  • Campaign agent. Edit an outreach draft by talking to it: change tone, shorten a step, swap the subject line, or pull in a template from your library without leaving the campaign editor.
  • Feed edit bar answers questions. Typing a question such as “how big is the market for this role in Austin?” into the feed edit bar returns a Talent Insights answer instead of being treated as a new criterion. Follow-ups keep the thread.
  • Known by: teammate overlap on candidates. Candidates sourced from Your Network show which teammates overlap with them (same employer, school, or connection) so you know who should make the intro.
  • Ask in Slack. Pick which teammates to ask about a candidate and how; one click per candidate, and the bulk button only counts people who can actually be asked. Slack settings save automatically.
  • Auto-contact schedule in the project table. Projects show when auto-contact will email each candidate, in a stable send order.
  • Editable search titles in Autopilot setup. You can rewrite the titles Noon searches for before the first run, not just after.
  • ATS candidate count for internal-source roles. Roles sourced from your ATS show how many ATS profiles sit near the role's locations, right under Location.
  • noon.ai for AI assistants. Every public page now has a plain-text (markdown) version, listed with a one-line summary in noon.ai/llms.txt, plus this changelog and a docs page for using Noon from Claude, ChatGPT, and Claude Code.

Learn hub, network sourcing counts, and Recruitee + Spott

  • Learn hub. noon.ai/learn launched with 16 short, definition-first pages on recruiting questions (screening calls, structured interviews, talent pools, AI resume screening, how recruiting software is priced, and more).
  • Network connection counts in setup. Autopilot setup and the intake form show how many of your team's network connections are near the role's locations before you pick a data source.
  • Recruitee and Spott. Two more ATS integrations: Recruitee and Spott are available under Settings → Integrations.
  • Hide anyone ever in your ATS. The Hide ATS candidates setting gained an “Anyone ever in your ATS” option, alongside the existing stage-based rules.
  • Send-as addresses per campaign. Additional inboxes connected to your account can be picked as the sender on a per-campaign basis.
  • “Not interested” stage mapping. ATS sync settings can map a “Not interested” stage, and the sync action reads “respond interested” so it is clear what triggers it.
  • Intake warnings. The intake step warns when a years-of-experience range sits below a years must-have, and the setup flow resumes on the step you left.

Analytics rebuild, role pin/archive, and JobAdder

  • Analytics. Cohort-based bar charts, multi-select metrics, a Day/Week/Month table, response-rate fixes in cohort mode, Group by Recruiter on the Outreach table, and Usage merged in as a Team tab.
  • Pin, archive, delete roles. The sidebar role menu now has pin, archive (with undo), and delete. Pinned roles stay at the top of the mini sidebar.
  • “Call booked” project status. Call booked is a built-in project status backed by the booking event, so it no longer needs a manual stage.
  • JobAdder and Zapier. JobAdder joins the ATS integrations (OAuth connect), and a Zapier webhook option is available for everything else.
  • Autopilot setup: company rating step. After search criteria, rate the company cards to teach Noon which employers you want to source from; single-item steps and empty company steps are skipped.
  • Hiring Manager role. Workspaces have a Hiring Manager role; the old User role is now called Recruiter.
  • Schedule a reply. From the inbox reply box you can schedule a reply for later.
  • Resume projects on profiles. Candidate profiles and the feed overlay show which projects a candidate's resume has been in.

Distance units, GitHub links, and signature checks

  • Distance in mi or km. Location radius has a mi/km toggle; switching keeps the number (50 mi → 50 km).
  • GitHub and portfolio links. The candidate overlay shows GitHub and portfolio links found during enrichment.
  • Signature per sender. The campaign step shows whose signature each email uses and flags senders that have none.
  • Drag-to-reorder columns. Project view columns can be dragged into the order you want.
  • Open to Work badge. Candidate avatars show an Open to Work frame when the signal is present.
  • Company card revenue. Company cards show an estimated revenue line and drop empty N/A rows.
  • Never contact, more ATSs. The Never contact section (hired plus chosen archive reasons) now covers Ashby, Greenhouse v1 and v3, and Loxo pipeline stages.

Self-serve get-started page and the 10x Guarantee

  • /get-started. A step-by-step get-started page for new teams, with the booking call inside it for teams that want a walkthrough.
  • 10x Guarantee page. noon.ai/guarantee is stripped down to the pitch; the conditions live on /guarantee/terms.
  • First-role intake on Home. Users with no roles land on an intake screen instead of an empty dashboard.
  • Company Coverage filters. A “Target companies only” filter for roles restricted to a company list, and the Other rejection bucket is filtered server-side.
  • Unblocking recently contacted candidates. Projects explain how to unblock candidates marked Recently contacted.
