What we build
Noon is an agentic recruiting platform. It searches the whole talent market rather than a single index, evaluates every candidate against a role's criteria, learns from recruiter feedback on each decision, runs personalized email, LinkedIn, and SMS outreach, and books interviews on its own. Around that sit an AI interviewer, an AI notetaker, and a unified integration layer covering 20+ ATS providers. You can see each capability on the product pages.
How the team works
The team is small and ships directly to production. Engineers own problems end to end, from the retrieval and evaluation models that decide who a role should see, through the outreach and scheduling systems that talk to candidates, to the recruiter-facing product. Work is judged on whether recruiters hire faster because of it, so most projects start from a real pipeline and a measurable gap in it rather than a roadmap ticket.
