Key takeaway: $13 per seat per month is the Lattice Foundations list price on lattice.com/pricing, read on 19 October 2026. Engagement is $4, Performance alone is $10, Goals & OKRs alone is $8, and the Compensation and Grow add-ons cost $6 and $4 more per seat. Lattice bills annually, in US dollars only, with a $4,000 minimum annual agreement. Buyers in Vendr's transaction data report a median of $30,240 a year.

Lattice is one of the few performance management vendors that prints per-seat prices. That makes the list price easy to find and the real bill harder to predict, because three things move it: which modules you stack, the $4,000 floor, and whether you land on the Enterprise tier, which Lattice says "varies based on seats, complexity, and scale."

Every price below was read on Lattice's own pricing page on 19 October 2026 in a rendered browser. Budget figures are plain arithmetic on those prices, computed by a script committed with this article. Third-party numbers are labelled as estimates.

How much does Lattice cost per seat in 2026?

Lattice's pricing page, headed "Simple, scalable pricing," lists four products and two add-ons. All prices are per seat per month, billed annually.

Lattice product (checked 19 Oct 2026) List price What the card lists
Foundations $13 seat/month Performance and Goals & OKRs together, labelled "Our most popular package"
Performance $10 seat/month Performance reviews, succession planning, promotions, PIPs, talent reviews, calibration
Goals & OKRs $8 seat/month Cascading goals and OKRs
Engagement $4 seat/month Pulse, onboarding and exit surveys, action planning, eNPS, AI analysis and trends
Compensation add-on + $6 seat/month "Strategic pay that aligns to your budget"
Grow add-on + $4 seat/month "Make career progression clear"
Enterprise Quote only "Enterprise pricing varies based on seats, complexity, and scale."

The Foundations bundle is the main discount on the page. Buying Performance ($10) and Goals & OKRs ($8) separately comes to $18 per seat, so Foundations saves $5 per seat per month. Lattice's FAQ confirms the unbundled route: "Performance and Goals & OKRs can be unbundled and purchased individually."

What does Lattice cost per year at 25, 100 or 500 seats?

Annual cost is the per-seat price times seats times 12, or $4,000, whichever is higher. The table runs that arithmetic on the published prices.

Package (per seat/month) 25 seats 50 seats 100 seats 250 seats 500 seats
Engagement only ($4) $4,000 $4,000 $4,800 $12,000 $24,000
Foundations ($13) $4,000 $7,800 $15,600 $39,000 $78,000
Foundations + Engagement ($17) $5,100 $10,200 $20,400 $51,000 $102,000
Foundations + Engagement + Grow + Compensation ($27) $8,100 $16,200 $32,400 $81,000 $162,000

The $4,000 floor matters most for small teams buying a single cheap module. Engagement alone only clears the minimum at 84 seats; below that, every company pays $4,000. Foundations clears it at 26 seats, Foundations plus Engagement at 20, and the full four-part stack at 13.

These are list prices. Lattice's page sells Enterprise on quote, and multi-year or high-seat deals are usually negotiated, which is why buyer data runs differently.

What do buyers actually pay for Lattice?

Vendr, a software procurement company, publishes figures from deals it has seen. On 19 October 2026 its Lattice page said: "Median buyer pays $30,240 per year," "Based on data from 641 purchases, with buyers saving 21% on average." It listed a low of $9,392 and a high of $84,000. Vendr's numbers are buyer-reported transaction data, not Lattice prices, and Vendr does not say which modules or seat counts sit behind the median.

For scale: $30,240 a year is what roughly 194 seats of Foundations would cost at the $13 list price, before any discount. Treat that as a rough way to read the median, not as a claim about the typical buyer's size.

Vendr also says "Lattice may charge for implementation services, especially for larger organizations or those requiring custom configurations, data migration, or integrations with HRIS systems." Lattice's own FAQ is narrower: "For our performance management software, there are no additional costs for change management or implementation." Ask which of the two applies to your contract if you are buying Compensation or connecting an HRIS.

Why do other sites show different Lattice prices?

Third-party pages disagree with the live pricing page, and some disagree with themselves. What we found on 19 October 2026:

  • People Managing People says "Lattice starts at $11 per user per month" and still lists HRIS at $10 and Payroll at $6 per month. Lattice's pricing page lists neither HRIS nor Payroll today, and lattice.com/hris and lattice.com/payroll both redirect to Lattice's general platform page.
  • Lattice's own HR software pricing article, dated 22 July 2026, says "starting at $13 PEPM for its Foundations module" in one passage and "Foundations starts at $31 PEPM" in another. The pricing page shows $13.
  • FeedbackPulse, a competing vendor, wrote on 4 October 2026 that the pricing page FAQ priced standalone Performance at $8 while the card said $10. On 19 October the FAQ answer gives no price and the card shows $10.
  • Software Finder matches the live page: $13 per seat for Foundations and a $4,000 minimum annual commitment.

When numbers conflict, the vendor's pricing page on the day you check is the only published price. Everything else is a snapshot.

How does Lattice pricing compare to 15Five and Culture Amp?

15Five's pricing page, marked "Updated February 2026," lists Engage at $4, Perform at $11 and Total Platform at $16 per user per month, billed annually. Culture Amp publishes no prices: "Pricing depends on the number of employees, product chosen, and service tier."

100 seats, list price per year Lattice 15Five
Engagement survey product $4,800 (Engagement) $4,800 (Engage)
Performance product $15,600 (Foundations, includes goals) $13,200 (Perform)
Performance plus engagement $20,400 (Foundations + Engagement) $19,200 (Total Platform)

At list price the two are close: identical on engagement surveys, with Lattice $1,200 to $2,400 a year higher at 100 seats on the performance bundles. Package contents differ, so compare the module lists, not just the totals. Our performance management software roundup and employee engagement software roundup cover the feature side.

What is included in every Lattice contract?

From Lattice's pricing FAQ, read 19 October 2026:

  • Manager tools: 1:1s, Feedback and Updates are included with Performance, OKRs & Goals, or Engagement.
  • Support: "All Lattice contracts include dedicated human support from our customer success team."
  • AI: Lattice's July 2026 article says its AI Agent "is now available to all customers at no additional cost."
  • Billing: "Lattice bills all contracts annually." and "Lattice bills in United States Dollars (USD) only."
  • Minimum: "The minimum annual agreement is $4,000," and the minimum can be met with any mix of products and seats.

How does Noon compare to Lattice?

They solve different halves of the talent problem. Lattice manages people after they join: reviews, goals, engagement surveys, pay. Noon handles the work before the offer: an AI sourcer that searches for candidates, email enrichment, and personalised email and SMS outreach sequences, plus AI interviewing and scheduling.

The pricing models are opposite, too. Lattice charges per seat with a $4,000 floor, so the bill grows with headcount. Noon sells one plan with unlimited sourcing, unlimited email enrichment, unlimited contacts, unlimited agents and unlimited seats, with no credits and no per-seat fees. Noon does not publish a dollar price; the pricing page explains how to get one. Limitations

  • List prices only. Lattice does not publish discounts, multi-year terms or Enterprise rates, so negotiated prices can be lower.
  • Vendr's median covers deals Vendr saw, with no published breakdown by seats or modules, so it may not match your mix.
  • Prices change. Third-party pages already disagree with the live page, and the Lattice pricing page carries no "last updated" date.
  • G2's Lattice pricing page returned an access error and Capterra's returned a 404 on the check date, so neither is used.
