Key takeaway: $16 per user per month is the 15Five Total Platform list price on 15five.com/pricing, read on 21 October 2026. Engage costs $4 and Perform costs $11, all billed annually. That makes Total Platform $1 more than buying Engage and Perform separately. Buyers in Vendr's transaction data report a median of $25,650 a year, a buyer-reported estimate rather than a 15Five price.
15Five is one of the few performance management vendors that prints its prices. The page lists three core packages, two compensation packages, two AI add-ons and two manager coaching products, each with a dollar figure. The page footer reads "Updated February 2026. Pricing subject to change."
The list prices are easy to find. The real bill is harder to predict, because add-ons are priced on three different units (per user, per employee and per manager) and Vendr's buyer data sits well away from simple list arithmetic. Every price below was read on 15Five's own pricing page on 21 October 2026 in a rendered browser, and the totals come from a script committed with this article.
How much does 15Five cost per user in 2026?
All three core packages are priced per user per month and billed annually.
| 15Five package (checked 21 Oct 2026) | List price | What the card lists |
|---|---|---|
| Engage | $4 user/month | Engagement surveys, targeted assessments, action planning, heat maps, benchmarking |
| Perform | $11 user/month | AMAYA, insights dashboard, AI-assisted performance reviews, 15Five Agents, OKRs and goals, 360° feedback, talent matrix, career paths |
| Total Platform | $16 user/month | "Engage and Perform plus the HR Dashboard, select microlearnings, and more to empower manager effectiveness" |
Total Platform is marked "Most Popular." It is not a bundle discount: Engage plus Perform comes to $15 per user, so Total Platform costs $1 more per user per month. That dollar buys the extra items on the Total Platform card, which lists manager training microlearnings alongside everything in Engage and Perform. If your team does not need those, two separate packages are the cheaper route at list price.
What do 15Five add-ons cost?
15Five prices its add-ons on the same page, but not on the same unit. Some are charged per user, one per employee and some per manager.
| Add-on (checked 21 Oct 2026) | List price | Unit |
|---|---|---|
| Compensation Base Package | $9 | per user per month, billed annually |
| Compensation + Salary Benchmarking | $11 | per user per month, billed annually (adds Mercer real-time salary benchmarking) |
| Kona Notetaker | $2 | per employee per month, billed annually |
| Kona Coach | $19 | per manager per month, billed annually |
| Content (manager learning library) | $49 | per manager per month, billed annually |
| Coaching | $399 | per credit (1:1 session = 1 credit, group session = 5 credits) |
At $399 a credit, one group coaching session costs $1,995. Ten managers on the Content library cost $5,880 a year, and ten on Kona Coach cost $2,280 a year.
What does 15Five cost per year at 25, 100 or 500 users?
Annual cost is the per-user price times users times 12. The pricing page FAQ answers "Is there a minimum spend?" without naming one for the standard packages ("designed to be flexible for organizations of all sizes"), although "some optional add-ons may include minimum requirements."
| Package (per user/month) | 25 users | 50 users | 100 users | 250 users | 500 users |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Engage ($4) | $1,200 | $2,400 | $4,800 | $12,000 | $24,000 |
| Perform ($11) | $3,300 | $6,600 | $13,200 | $33,000 | $66,000 |
| Total Platform ($16) | $4,800 | $9,600 | $19,200 | $48,000 | $96,000 |
| Total Platform + Compensation Base ($25) | $7,500 | $15,000 | $30,000 | $75,000 | $150,000 |
| Total Platform + Compensation with benchmarking + Kona Notetaker ($29) | $8,700 | $17,400 | $34,800 | $87,000 | $174,000 |
The last row assumes every user is also an employee for Kona Notetaker, which is how most companies would roll it out. Manager-priced add-ons are not in the table because they depend on how many managers you have.
What do buyers actually pay for 15Five?
Vendr, a software procurement company, publishes figures from deals it has seen. On 21 October 2026 its 15Five page said "Median buyer pays $25,650 per year," "Based on data from 75 purchases, with buyers saving 21% on average," with a low of $11,373 and a high of $71,306. The header on the same page shows "73 Deals handled," so the deal count is not fully consistent. These are buyer-reported estimates, not 15Five prices, and Vendr does not say which packages or user counts sit behind them.
For scale: $25,650 a year is roughly what 134 users on Total Platform, or 194 users on Perform, would cost at list price. Treat that as a way to read the median, not as a claim about the typical buyer's size.
Vendr also lists costs it says buyers should plan for. Its page says contracts "typically include annual price increase clauses, often tied to CPI or ranging from 3–7% per year," and that multi-year buyers "often achieve 15–30% lower per-employee pricing compared to annual contracts." Both are Vendr's estimates from its own deal data.
Why do other sites show different 15Five prices?
Vendr's own page carries price ranges that do not match the live pricing page. It says list pricing for Engage "typically ranges from $4 to $8 per employee per month," Perform "$8 to $14," and Total Platform "$14 to $18+." The 15Five page shows single figures: $4, $11 and $16. Vendr also notes that Total Platform was "formerly called Focus," which is why older review pages quote prices under plan names 15Five no longer uses.
One more definition matters. Vendr says "15Five's pricing is based on active employees (not just managers or users who log in regularly)." The pricing page itself says "per user." Ask your account executive which headcount your quote counts before you compare it with a per-seat tool.
When numbers conflict, the vendor's pricing page on the day you check is the only published price. Everything else is a snapshot.
How does 15Five pricing compare to Lattice and Culture Amp?
Lattice's pricing page, read the same day, lists Foundations (performance plus goals) at $13 a seat and Engagement at $4, with a $4,000 minimum annual agreement in its FAQ. Culture Amp publishes no price: "Pricing depends on the number of employees, product chosen, and service tier."
| Annual list price | 15Five | Lattice |
|---|---|---|
| Engagement surveys, 100 users | $4,800 (Engage) | $4,800 (Engagement) |
| Engagement surveys, 25 users | $1,200 (Engage) | $4,000 (minimum applies) |
| Performance, 100 users | $13,200 (Perform) | $15,600 (Foundations, includes goals) |
| Performance plus engagement, 100 users | $19,200 (Total Platform) | $20,400 (Foundations + Engagement) |
At 100 users, 15Five is $1,200 to $2,400 a year cheaper on the performance packages and identical on engagement. For small teams the gap is wider, because 15Five shows no minimum where Lattice charges at least $4,000. Package contents differ, so compare module lists, not just totals. Our Lattice pricing and Culture Amp pricing checks give the detail, and the performance management software roundup and employee engagement software roundup cover features.
How does Noon compare to 15Five?
They cover different stages. 15Five manages people after they join: reviews, goals, engagement surveys, compensation and manager coaching. Noon handles hiring before the offer: an AI sourcer that searches the whole web for candidates, not just LinkedIn, email enrichment, personalised email and SMS outreach, and interview scheduling.
The pricing models differ too. 15Five charges per user, per employee or per manager depending on the module, so the bill grows with headcount and with every add-on. Noon sells one plan with unlimited sourcing, unlimited email enrichment, unlimited contacts, unlimited agents and unlimited seats, with no credits and no per-seat fees. Noon does not publish a dollar price; the pricing page explains how to get a quote. Limitations
- List prices only. 15Five does not publish discounts, multi-year rates or add-on minimums, so negotiated prices can differ.
- Vendr's median covers deals Vendr saw, with no breakdown by package or headcount, and its page gives two slightly different deal counts (75 and 73).
- Prices change. The pricing page says "Pricing subject to change," and third-party ranges already disagree with it.
- Annual totals assume the same number of users on every module. Real contracts often put add-ons on a subset of users or managers.
