Key takeaway: $7 per employee per month is the Leapsome Agentic HRIS Foundation list price on leapsome.com/pricing, read on 21 October 2026, and every module needs it. Until 31 December 2026 the platform is free with any Talent Suite module, which costs $3 to $7 per employee. Performance Reviews is $7, Recruiting (ATS) $5, Goals & OKRs, Engagement Surveys and Learning $4 each. Buyers in Vendr's data report a median of $21,517 a year, a buyer-reported estimate rather than a Leapsome price.

Third-party sites still treat Leapsome as quote-only. Capterra lists it that way on its pricing page ("Leapsome has 1 plan," "Custom Quote"), and the performance management and employee engagement roundups on this site list it as quoted. The live pricing page now prints a dollar figure for the platform and for each of seven modules and two add-ons, in euros, dollars and pounds with the same numerals.

The new page changes how you budget. Leapsome sells a platform fee plus modules, all per employee, and its FAQ says the platform is mandatory: "Do I have to buy the platform to use a single module? Yes." A year-end offer hides that fee for now. Every price below was read on Leapsome's pricing page on 21 October 2026 in a rendered browser, and the totals come from a script committed with this article.

How much does the Leapsome platform cost?

Leapsome calls the platform layer Agentic HRIS. There are two levels, both priced per employee per month.

Leapsome platform (checked 21 Oct 2026) List price Price until 31 Dec 2026 What the card lists
Agentic HRIS Foundation $7 /employee/month $0 with any Talent Suite module Employee profiles, absence management, document management, payroll prep, meetings and instant feedback, core analytics and workflows
Agentic HRIS Pro $10 /employee/month $5 Everything in Foundation, plus full custom attributes, unlimited workflows and approvals, unlimited analytics, unlimited e-signatures, advanced AI agents, advanced integrations

The offer is time-limited in both directions. The page's offer markup says Foundation is "Free with at least one Talent Suite module when purchased by December 31, 2026 (regular price $7 per employee per month)," and the FAQ adds that after that date "it is charged at the list price shown on this page." Pro drops from $10 to $5 on the same deadline. At 200 employees, the Pro offer is worth $12,000 a year against list.

New HRIS customers also get the Agentic HR Accelerator Program, a six-month guided program the page values at $24,000, at $0 until 31 December. The page says there is "No setup fee, no hidden costs," a 14-day free trial, and implementation that "usually" takes 1 to 4 weeks.

What do Leapsome modules cost per employee?

Each Talent Suite module and add-on is priced per employee per month, so the bill follows total headcount, not the number of people who run reviews or post jobs.

Leapsome module (checked 21 Oct 2026) List price What the card lists
Performance Reviews $7 /employee/month Review automations, cross-cycle analytics, calibration, external reviewers
Recruiting (ATS), marked "New" $5 /employee/month Scorecards, candidate pipeline, AI screening, careers page
Goals & OKRs $4 /employee/month Individual, team and company OKRs, goal tree, Jira integration
Engagement Surveys $4 /employee/month Question library, action plans, benchmarking, DEI analytics
Learning $4 /employee/month Personalized learning, automated onboarding, SCORM and xAPI
Compensation $3 /employee/month Compensation and promotion reviews, pay gap analytics, salary bands
Time Tracking $3 /employee/month Timesheets, work schedules, hours into payroll
Add-on: Compensation benchmarks $3 /employee/month Market data by role and location
Add-on: Learning content library from $1 /employee/month Ready-made course catalogue

All seven modules add up to $30 per employee per month before the platform. The Recruiting module is worth a closer look if you are pricing an ATS. At $5 per employee, a 200-person company pays $12,000 a year for it even during the offer, whether it hires five people or fifty. Put that on the same headcount basis before you compare it with the applicant tracking systems you are evaluating.

What does Leapsome cost per year at 50 to 500 employees?

Annual cost is the per-employee price times employees times 12. The first table uses the offer (Foundation at $0 with a module), which applies only to purchases made by 31 December 2026.

Package, offer pricing (per employee/month) 50 employees 100 employees 200 employees 500 employees
Performance Reviews ($7) $4,200 $8,400 $16,800 $42,000
Performance + Goals ($11) $6,600 $13,200 $26,400 $66,000
Performance + Goals + Engagement ($15) $9,000 $18,000 $36,000 $90,000
Full Talent Suite, all 7 modules ($30) $18,000 $36,000 $72,000 $180,000

The second table adds Foundation at its $7 list price, which is what the page says applies after 31 December.

Package at list, with Foundation (per employee/month) 50 employees 100 employees 200 employees 500 employees
Performance Reviews ($14) $8,400 $16,800 $33,600 $84,000
Performance + Goals ($18) $10,800 $21,600 $43,200 $108,000
Performance + Goals + Engagement ($22) $13,200 $26,400 $52,800 $132,000
Full Talent Suite, all 7 modules ($37) $22,200 $44,400 $88,800 $222,000

These are list prices. The page says "Discounts depend on how many modules you buy and how many employees you have," and that its estimator "shows list prices only." Its calculator also offers a Monthly and an Annual view; we did not find a published difference between them, so ask before assuming a monthly contract exists.

What do buyers actually pay for Leapsome?

Vendr, a software procurement company, publishes figures from deals it has seen. On 21 October 2026 its Leapsome page said "Median buyer pays $21,517 per year," with a low of $6,499 and a high of $51,024. The guide is marked "Last updated: February 2026," before the current price page, and it does not say how many deals sit behind the median. Treat it as a buyer-reported estimate, not a Leapsome price.

For scale: $21,517 a year is roughly what 120 employees on Performance + Goals + Engagement would cost at offer pricing, or 82 employees at list with Foundation. Vendr says "Most buyers purchase a bundle of 2–4 modules," so a three-module bundle is a fair yardstick, but it is a way to read the median, not a claim about the typical buyer.

Vendr adds two points worth checking in any quote. It says "Leapsome pricing is based on total headcount, not active users," which matches the per-employee units on the price page. And it notes "Leapsome's fiscal year ends in December," which lines up with the 31 December offer deadline.

Why do other sites show different Leapsome prices?

Most third-party pages predate the published price list. On 21 October 2026, eLearning Industry said "Leapsome's pricing begins at $3 per user, but full details are not listed on their public pricing page." Spendflo said pricing "starts at $8 per user per month." Capterra showed a single "Custom Quote" plan. None of those matches the current page, which starts at $3 for Compensation or Time Tracking but always adds the platform once the offer ends.

One Capterra reviewer, a CFO, wrote that the "Pricing structure doesn't work well for midsize teams - paying per module vs. all-access becomes expensive quickly at 40+ employees." That is one review, not data, but the arithmetic above shows why module stacking adds up.

For context, Leapsome's own HR software pricing guide cites Capterra research that businesses "typically set aside $10–$39 per employee per month," with an average budget of $17. Performance + Goals + Engagement at list with Foundation, $22, sits above that average; the same bundle during the offer, $15, sits below it.

How does Leapsome pricing compare to Lattice and 15Five?

Lattice's pricing page, read the same day, lists Foundations (Performance plus Goals & OKRs) at $13 a seat, Performance alone at $10 and Engagement at $4, with a $4,000 minimum annual agreement in its FAQ. 15Five lists Engage at $4, Perform at $11 and Total Platform at $16 per user, billed annually. Culture Amp publishes no price: "Pricing depends on the number of employees, product chosen, and service tier."

Annual list price, 100 employees Leapsome (offer) Leapsome (list, with Foundation) Lattice 15Five
Performance plus goals $13,200 $21,600 $15,600 (Foundations) $13,200 (Perform)
Performance, goals and engagement $18,000 $26,400 $20,400 $19,200 (Total Platform)
Engagement surveys only $4,800 $13,200 $4,800 $4,800 (Engage)

During the offer, Leapsome ties 15Five as the cheapest of the three for performance plus goals and is the cheapest for the three-module bundle. At list, the $7 platform fee makes it the most expensive in every row, and the gap is widest for a single module: engagement surveys alone cost $13,200 at list against $4,800 at Lattice and 15Five. Package contents differ (Leapsome's platform fee buys an HRIS, which Lattice and 15Five do not include), so compare module lists, not just totals. Our Lattice pricing, 15Five pricing and Culture Amp pricing checks give the detail, and our HRIS platform roundup covers the HRIS side.

How does Noon compare to Leapsome?

They cover different jobs. Leapsome runs the employee record and what happens after someone joins, and its new Recruiting module tracks applicants. Noon finds and contacts people you have not met yet: an AI sourcer that searches the whole web for candidates, not just LinkedIn, plus email enrichment, personalised email and SMS outreach, and interview scheduling, connected to 20+ ATS platforms.

The pricing models point in opposite directions. Leapsome charges per employee for every module, so the bill rises with headcount even when hiring is flat. Noon sells one plan with unlimited sourcing, unlimited email enrichment, unlimited contacts, unlimited agents and unlimited seats, with no credits and no per-seat fees. Noon does not publish a dollar price; the pricing page explains how to get a quote. For how other recruiting tools price, see our recruiting software pricing index, and for another HR suite that prices per employee, our HiBob pricing check.

Sources and methodology

  • Leapsome pricing page, read rendered in Chrome via Playwright on 21 October 2026, including the FAQ, the estimator and the page's schema.org offer markup. Dollar figures render inside animated number components, so each was read from the rendered element after selecting USD and matched against the offer markup, which lists identical numerals in EUR, USD and GBP.

  • Demand check: DataForSEO Google Ads volume, US, 21 October 2026 ("leapsome pricing" and "leapsome price" at 50 searches a month each).

Limitations

  • List prices only. Leapsome quotes multi-module and volume discounts and does not publish them, so negotiated prices can differ.
  • The offer pricing applies to purchases by 31 December 2026. After that, the page says Foundation is charged at list, and this article's offer tables stop applying.
  • Vendr's median predates the current price page and gives no deal count or breakdown by module or headcount.
  • Annual totals assume every module covers every employee. The per-employee unit suggests that is how Leapsome bills, but confirm it in your quote.
