Key takeaway: Bonusly's Team + Bizy plan costs $5 per user per month, or $50 per user per year on annual billing, on bonusly.com/pricing as read on 31 October 2026. Team without the Bizy AI assistant is $3 a month or $30 a year, Free covers up to 8 users, and Organization is custom priced. Rewards are billed on top at face value, plus an 8% convenience fee if you pay as you go by card, up to 5% if you prepay by card, and nothing if you prepay $2,500 or more by ACH.
Bonusly publishes a per-user price on its own pricing page. The catch is that the subscription is only half the bill: every point an employee redeems becomes a gift card or reward that you fund separately, and how you fund it decides whether Bonusly adds a fee. We read the pricing page rendered in Chrome, clicked both billing toggles, opened every FAQ and read Bonusly's own billing help articles on 31 October 2026. Every figure below is quoted in the committed sources file.
How much does Bonusly cost in 2026?
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Users | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 a month | n/a | Up to 8 | Bonusly help center |
Bizy is Bonusly's AI assistant. It is included by default on Team and Organization, and the help center says the standard Organization Bizy pricing is $2 per user a month or $20 a year. Turning Bizy off for individual people does not change the bill: "Turning someone's access off does not lower what you pay." The only way to drop the Bizy cost on Team is the Team without Bizy plan.
Annual billing on Team + Bizy works out to the "2 months free" the page advertises: 12 months at $5 is $60 a user, against $50 on the annual plan, a saving of $10 a user a year (16.7%). New Team trials run 30 days with Bizy included.
What does Bonusly cost for 10, 50, 100 or 500 users?
The subscription scales linearly with users at list price, since Team and Organization have unlimited users. At list prices:
| Users | Team + Bizy, annual | Team + Bizy, monthly x 12 | Team without Bizy, annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | $500 | $600 | $300 |
| 50 | $2,500 | $3,000 | $1,500 |
| 100 | $5,000 | $6,000 | $3,000 |
| 250 | $12,500 | $15,000 | $7,500 |
| 500 | $25,000 | $30,000 | $15,000 |
Bizy is $20 of the $50 annual Team price, or 40% of it. If your team will not use an AI assistant inside recognition, Team without Bizy is the cheaper line item.
How seats are counted depends on the billing cadence. Bonusly's help center says monthly accounts are billed on active users, while "Annual contracts use seats and true-up invoices when your team grows." If you exceed your seats at a true-up checkpoint you get a true-up invoice, and deactivating users afterwards "does not refund or credit the invoice."
What do Bonusly rewards cost on top of the subscription?
Rewards are face value: the FAQ says "a $10 Amazon gift card costs you $10." The fee depends on how you fund the reward balance, per Bonusly's rewards billing help articles:
| Reward billing plan | How you pay | Fee | Minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pay-as-you-go | Credit card, charged at a -$100 balance or month end | 8% | None |
| Prepay by credit card | Card, balance up to $20,000 | Up to 5% | None stated |
| Prepay by bank ACH | Invoice | None | $2,500 |
Bonusly's own example: a balance that falls to -$125 is charged $125 in rewards "plus an 8% convenience fee, totaling $135."
To size the rewards line, Bonusly's rewards calculator says "On average, 60% of monthly recognition allowances are given away each month," and unspent points do not roll over. As a worked example with a hypothetical $10 monthly allowance per person, 100 users would give away about $600 a month, or $7,200 a year in rewards. On pay-as-you-go that adds $576 a year in fees; card prepay adds up to $360; ACH prepay adds nothing. The pricing page FAQ says there are "no hidden fees," which is true of the subscription, but the rewards fee is real money and the ACH option avoids it.
What do buyers actually pay for Bonusly?
Vendr, which negotiates software contracts, reports a median Bonusly contract of $12,420 a year "Based on data from 99 purchases, with buyers saving 26% on average," with a range of $6,504 to $27,948. These are buyer-reported estimates, not Bonusly prices, and Vendr does not say whether they include reward funding or legacy plans.
For scale only: $12,420 is what about 248 users would pay at the $50 annual Team + Bizy list price, and the $6,504 to $27,948 range spans roughly 130 to 559 users at that rate.
How does Bonusly pricing compare to other recognition tools?
| Tool and plan | Published price | Per user a year | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bonusly Team + Bizy | $5 per user a month, $50 a year annually | $50 | bonusly.com/pricing |
| Bonusly Team without Bizy | $3 per user a month, $30 a year annually | $30 | bonusly.com/pricing |
| Assembly Empower | $3 per user a month, billed yearly | $36 | joinassembly.com/pricing |
| 15Five Engage | $4 per user a month, billed annually | $48 | 15five.com/pricing |
| Motivosity | "100% custom", with a "$3,000 minimum spend" note | n/a | motivosity.com/pricing |
On list price, Bonusly Team without Bizy is the cheapest published per-user rate in this group, and Team + Bizy is the most expensive. Motivosity and Culture Amp publish no dollar figure. What are Bonusly's contract and cancellation terms?
- Auto-renewal: Bonusly's terms say the subscription "will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle," and you cancel with at least 30 days' written notice to support@bonus.ly.
- No refunds: "All payment obligations are non-cancelable and all amounts paid are non-refundable, except for amounts paid in error."
- Add-ons at renewal: Bonusly may introduce optional premium add-ons at renewal with at least 60 days' prior written notice and a chance to opt out.
- Legacy plans: Appreciate, Connect and other legacy plans are still supported but "no longer available for new customers," so older third-party price lists using those names are out of date.
- Included: Integrations carry no extra charge, and the FAQ puts implementation at 4 to 6 weeks.
Where does Noon fit next to Bonusly?
Bonusly keeps the people you already have engaged; Noon finds the people you still need to hire. Recognition programs show up in employee morale and retention, and a regretted departure often becomes an open requisition. That is where Noon comes in: an AI sourcer that searches the whole web for candidates, email enrichment, personalized email and SMS outreach, and AI interviewing and scheduling.
The pricing models differ. Bonusly charges per user plus reward funding. Noon sells one plan with unlimited sourcing, unlimited email enrichment, unlimited contacts, unlimited agents and unlimited seats, with no credits and no per-seat fees. Noon does not publish a dollar price; the pricing page explains how to get one. For how dozens of recruiting tools price, see our recruiting software pricing index.

Limitations
- Bonusly's pricing page FAQ says "All our plans are billed annually," while the same page offers a monthly toggle and the help center says most newer Team and Organization customers choose monthly billing. We report both cadences as published.
- The help center lists the prepay card fee as 5% in one article and "Up to 5%" in another; we use "up to 5%."
- The rewards example uses a hypothetical $10 monthly allowance; your allowance and redemption rate will differ. The 60% figure is Bonusly's own average.
- Vendr's sample is self-selected buyers, and it does not say which plans, user counts or reward funding sit behind the median. Vendr's tier names do not match Bonusly's current plan names, so we do not use its per-tier ranges.
- Organization pricing is custom, so no Organization subscription figure here is a quote beyond the Bizy add-on rate in the help center.
- Prices change. These are the pages as they read on 31 October 2026.
