Key takeaway: $249 a month is Wizehire's Quickstart list price on wizehire.com/pricing, read on 22 October 2026, for up to 3 active job postings. Growth is $549 a month for up to 6. Paying yearly cuts them to $209 and $449 a month, billed as $2,508 and $5,388. Extra job slots are $99 a month each, which makes a 6-job Quickstart $3 a month cheaper than Growth on monthly billing but $684 a year dearer on annual billing.

Wizehire sells hiring software to small and mid-sized employers: job distribution, an applicant tracking system, DISC+ assessments and coaching. Unlike many applicant tracking systems, it prints its prices. Every figure below was read on Wizehire's own pricing page in a rendered browser on 22 October 2026, with both the Monthly and Annual toggles captured, and the arithmetic comes from a script committed with this article.

The search results tell a different story. On the same day, the top eight Google results for "wizehire pricing" were all ITQlick comparison pages saying "WizeHire starts at $200 per month." That figure is $9 below Wizehire's lowest published monthly rate and $49 below its month-to-month price.

How much does Wizehire cost per month?

Wizehire has three plans. Two have published prices; Scale is quoted.

Wizehire plan (checked 22 Oct 2026) Billed monthly Billed annually Active job postings Who Wizehire says it is for
Quickstart $249 /month $209 /month ($2,508 a year) Up to 3 "a small business with simple hiring needs, making 1-2 hires"
Growth (marked "Most popular") $549 /month $449 /month ($5,388 a year) Up to 6 "businesses with 50+ employees and steady hiring goals"
Scale Custom pricing Custom pricing Custom "businesses expanding into new locations and hiring at scale"

Quickstart's monthly card says "Billed monthly. Pause anytime." Every plan "Posts to 100+ job boards," and the page's comparison grid gives Quickstart 1 active market and Growth 2.

Growth adds Talent Relationship Management, custom screening questions, candidate texting, dedicated support, full payroll integrations and analytics. The annual Growth card also includes onboarding: "Get 2 months free + onboarding." Scale adds personalized onboarding, custom interview guides, a dedicated strategic relationship manager and EEO and OFCCP compliance reporting.

How much do you save by paying Wizehire annually?

The page promises "2 months free by paying annually." The exact saving depends on the plan.

Plan 12 months billed monthly Annual bill Saving Saving as share
Quickstart $2,988 $2,508 $480 16.1%
Growth $6,588 $5,388 $1,200 18.2%

On Quickstart the saving is worth 1.93 months of the monthly price, just under the two months advertised. On Growth it is 2.19 months. The trade-off is commitment: the annual price is "Billed annually at $2,508" (or $5,388), while the monthly Quickstart card says "Pause anytime." Wizehire lists a $249 monthly "Reactivations" fee to "Pause your account and restart it whenever you're ready."

What do Wizehire add-ons cost?

The add-on prices are the same under both billing toggles.

Wizehire add-on (checked 22 Oct 2026) Price What the page says
Additional jobs $99 /month "Open more positions without changing plans."
Additional locations $349 /month "Expand into new hiring markets as needed."
Additional company $349 /month, 1 max on Quickstart and Growth From the plan comparison grid
Reactivations $249 /month "Pause your account and restart it whenever you're ready."
Candidate texting (Quickstart only) Optional add-on, no price shown Included on Growth and Scale
Automated Phone Screens Optional add-on on every plan, no price shown Marked "New" in Wizehire's menu

A second hiring market is the largest line item. At $349 a month, it adds $4,188 a year, which takes an annual Growth account with one extra location to $9,576.

Is Quickstart with extra jobs cheaper than Growth?

It depends on how you pay. Quickstart's 3 postings plus three $99 job slots gives the same 6 postings as Growth.

Postings Quickstart + extra jobs, monthly billing Quickstart + extra jobs, annual billing Growth
4 $348 /month $308 /month $549 monthly or $449 annual
5 $447 /month $407 /month $549 monthly or $449 annual
6 $546 /month $506 /month $549 monthly or $449 annual

On monthly billing, 6 postings on Quickstart cost $546, which is $3 a month or $36 a year less than Growth, without Growth's texting, TRM, analytics or payroll integrations. On annual billing the order flips: Quickstart plus three jobs costs $6,072 a year against $5,388 for Growth, so Growth is $684 a year cheaper and includes more. This assumes the $99 add-on is charged monthly on top of an annual plan, which is how the page shows it. Confirm in your quote.

Per posting, Quickstart works out to $83.00 a month billed monthly and $69.67 billed yearly. Growth is $91.50 and $74.83.

Why do other sites list Wizehire at $200 a month?

Because they have not caught up. ITQlick's comparison pages, which held the top eight Google results for "wizehire pricing" on 22 October 2026, say "WizeHire starts at $200 per month." That number does not appear on Wizehire's pricing page. The lowest rate printed there is $209 a month, and that is the annual rate, "Billed annually at $2,508." Treat the $200 figure as a third-party estimate, not a Wizehire price.

How does Wizehire pricing compare to JazzHR and Workable?

Both competitors publish prices too, read rendered on 22 October 2026. The tiers do not map one to one, so compare on what you need, not on plan names.

Plan (checked 22 Oct 2026) Billed monthly Billed annually Job limit or size basis
Wizehire Quickstart $249 /month $2,508 a year Up to 3 active postings
Wizehire Growth $549 /month $5,388 a year Up to 6 active postings
JazzHR Hero $110 /month $1,000 a year "Starting at 3/month" job postings
JazzHR Plus $350 /month $3,480 a year "Up to 200 active jobs"
JazzHR Pro $549 /month $5,508 a year Plus tier and more
Workable Standard $360 /month $3,588 a year 1 to 20 employees

Three things stand out. Wizehire Growth and JazzHR Pro share the same $549 monthly price, but billed yearly Growth is $120 cheaper. Wizehire's annual Quickstart costs $1,508 more than JazzHR Hero and $1,080 less than Workable Standard at the smallest company size. And JazzHR Plus allows up to 200 active jobs for $1,908 a year less than Wizehire Growth's 6, which matters if you hire across many roles at once.

The difference is in what you pay for. Wizehire bundles distribution to 100+ job boards, DISC+ assessments and coaching into a plan priced by active postings. JazzHR and Workable price an applicant tracking system, by tier and by company size. How does Noon compare to Wizehire?

They solve different problems. Wizehire is built to bring applicants to you: it posts jobs, collects applications and helps you screen them. Noon goes after people who have not applied: an AI sourcer that searches the whole web for candidates, not just LinkedIn, plus email enrichment, personalised email and SMS outreach, and interview scheduling, connected to 20+ ATS platforms.

The pricing models differ too. Wizehire charges by active posting and by market, so adding a sixth job or a second city raises the bill. Noon sells one plan with unlimited sourcing, unlimited email enrichment, unlimited contacts, unlimited agents and unlimited seats, with no credits and no per-seat fees. Noon does not publish a dollar price; the pricing page explains how to get a quote. If you are still choosing a stack, our recruiting software for small business guide and applicant tracking system comparison cover the job-posting side.

Limitations

  • List prices only. Wizehire quotes the Scale plan and does not show prices for the candidate texting or Automated Phone Screens add-ons, so those costs are not covered.
  • The Quickstart-plus-jobs comparison assumes the $99 add-on is billed monthly on an annual plan, which is how the page displays it. Wizehire may bill it differently in a contract.
  • Breezy HR's pricing toggle did not change its rendered prices during our check, so its figures are left out of the comparison table.
  • Wizehire's "Trusted by 20,000+ businesses" and "4.8 on G2" lines are its own claims and were not checked against G2 or Capterra.
