Key takeaway: $119 a month, billed yearly ($1,428 a year), is the TalentLMS Core price for up to 40 users on talentlms.com/prices, read on 19 October 2026. Grow starts at $229 and Pro at $449 a month on yearly billing, or $149, $299 and $579 on monthly billing. A free plan covers up to 5 users and 10 courses, and Enterprise is quote-only from 1,000 users.
Unlike Docebo, LearnUpon and Absorb, TalentLMS publishes its prices. It does not charge per seat. It charges a flat monthly fee per user bracket, so the bill jumps in steps as your active learner count crosses 40, 70, 100 and so on, up to 1,000 users on the Pro plan.
Every price below was read on TalentLMS's own pricing page on 19 October 2026 in a rendered browser, including the bracket menus and the Monthly/Yearly switch. Totals and per-user figures are arithmetic on those prices, computed by a script committed with this article. Third-party figures are labelled as such.
How much does TalentLMS cost in 2026?
The pricing page lists four paid plans and a free one. Its header says "Prices in USD, no hidden costs." The entry bracket for each plan:
| TalentLMS plan (checked 19 Oct 2026) | Entry bracket | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Branches |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Up to 5 users, 10 courses | $0 | $0 | Not listed |
| Core | 1-40 users | $119/month ($1,428/yr) | $149/month | 1 |
| Grow | 1-70 users | $229/month ($2,748/yr) | $299/month | 3 |
| Pro | 1-100 users | $449/month ($5,388/yr) | $579/month | 15 |
| Enterprise | Starts at 1,000 users | Quote only | Annual only | Unlimited |
The plans differ in branches (separate sub-portals for teams or clients), learning paths (Grow lists 5, Pro and Enterprise unlimited) and onboarding help, which runs from "Discovery" on Core to "Starter" on Grow, "Advanced" on Pro and "Premium" on Enterprise. The free plan has no time limit: TalentLMS's help center describes "indefinite use of up to 5 active users and 10 active courses."
What does TalentLMS cost at 100, 500 or 1,000 users?
Each plan has a user menu, and the price changes with the bracket you pick. Core stops at 100 users, Grow at 500 and Pro at 1,000. The full yearly-billing table from the page:
| Users | Core (yearly) | Grow (yearly) | Pro (yearly) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1-40 | $119/mo ($1,428/yr) | $229/mo ($2,748/yr) | $449/mo ($5,388/yr) |
| 41-70 | $159/mo ($1,908/yr) | $229/mo ($2,748/yr) | $449/mo ($5,388/yr) |

| 801-1,000 | Not offered | Not offered | $779/mo ($9,348/yr) |
The brackets get cheaper per user as they grow. At the top of each bracket, Core works out to $2.19 per user per month at 100 users, Grow to $0.74 at 500 users and Pro to $0.78 at 1,000 users. The expensive spot is a small team on Pro: 100 users on Pro cost $449 a month, $4.49 per user.
Only active users count. The help center says "Inactive users don't occupy a seat," so deactivating people who have finished training keeps you in a lower bracket.
How much do you save with annual billing?
TalentLMS's FAQ says annual pricing comes "at a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing." Run against the page's own numbers, the saving is 20% or more in every bracket except the largest:
| Bracket | Monthly billing x 12 | Yearly billing | Saving |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core 1-40 | $1,788 | $1,428 | $360 (20.1%) |
| Core 41-70 | $2,628 | $1,908 | $720 (27.4%) |
| Grow 1-70 | $3,588 | $2,748 | $840 (23.4%) |
| Pro 1-100 | $6,948 | $5,388 | $1,560 (22.5%) |
| Pro 801-1,000 | $11,628 | $9,348 | $2,280 (19.6%) |
Monthly billing is available on Core, Grow and Pro; the help center says Enterprise "can only be billed annually." Registered nonprofits get "a 20% discount on the annual plan," per the FAQ.
What add-ons change the TalentLMS price?
Two add-ons sit above the plan cards on the pricing page:
- TalentLibrary, TalentLMS's catalog of ready-made courses, is "available as an add-on with all plans and brackets." On yearly billing it costs $32 a month at Core 1-40 ($384 a year), rising with the bracket to $220 a month at Pro 801-1,000. Core 1-40 plus TalentLibrary comes to $1,812 a year.
- Flexible user limit is offered on Pro and Enterprise. It "lets you register an unlimited number of users," and you pay on "the number of different users who log in to your portal each month." On Pro 1-100 the page's pricing data lists it at $150 a month billed yearly ($1,800 a year), which takes that bracket from $5,388 to $7,188 a year. The help center says that above the plan's login allowance "there is an additional charge per additional user."
The FAQ also notes "no storage limits on courses," with per-file upload limits of 100MB on the free plan and 600MB on paid plans.
Why do other sites show different TalentLMS prices?
On 19 October 2026:
- Capterra lists Core at $149, Grow at $299 and Pro at $579 "Flat Rate, Per Month." Those are TalentLMS's monthly-billing prices, not the lower yearly ones the pricing page shows by default.
- Vendr says it "has limited verified purchase data for TalentLMS" and describes tiers "starting around $69/month" for up to 20 users. No such tier appears on TalentLMS's pricing page today, so treat Vendr's figures as an outdated estimate.
The vendor's page on the day you check is the only published price.
How does TalentLMS pricing compare to 360Learning and Docebo?
Few LMS vendors publish prices. 360Learning's pricing page lists its Team plan at "$8 / user per month" for up to 100 users, billed monthly with no annual commitment; its Business and Enterprise plans are "Custom." Docebo shows "Custom pricing tailored to your organization's needs." LearnUpon's pricing page and Absorb's (which redirects to a "Get Pricing" form) list no dollar figures.
| 100 users, list price | TalentLMS | 360Learning Team |
|---|---|---|
| Per month, monthly billing | $279 (Core 71-100) | $800 ($8 x 100 users) |
| Per month, yearly billing | $219 (Core 71-100) | Not listed |
| Pricing model | Flat fee per user bracket | Per user |
At 100 users, TalentLMS Core costs about a third of 360Learning Team on monthly billing. Feature sets differ, so compare what each plan includes, not only the totals. For onboarding tools that overlap with an LMS, see our employee onboarding software roundup.
Where does Noon fit next to an LMS like TalentLMS?
TalentLMS trains people after they are hired. Noon works before the offer: an AI sourcer that searches the whole web for candidates, email enrichment, personalised email and SMS outreach sequences, and interviewing and scheduling. Many teams run both, along with an HRIS (our HRIS platforms roundup and HiBob pricing check cover that layer).
The pricing models differ too. TalentLMS steps up with user brackets. Noon sells one plan with unlimited sourcing, unlimited email enrichment, unlimited contacts, unlimited agents and unlimited seats, with no credits and no per-seat fees, so adding recruiters does not change the bill. Noon does not publish a dollar price; the pricing page explains how to get one. For how other people tools price, see our recruiting software pricing index and our Lattice pricing check.

Limitations
- List prices only. Enterprise is quote-only, and any negotiated discount beyond the published annual and nonprofit discounts is not covered.
- This article only states plan differences the pricing page spells out (branches, learning paths, onboarding level); check the full feature list for anything else you need.
- The per-user overage rate for Flexible user limit is not quoted here; confirm it with TalentLMS before relying on that add-on.
