Key takeaway: $459 per employee per month is Multiplier's Employer of Record (EOR) price on its Core plan, billed annually, per usemultiplier.com/pricing, read on 1 November 2026. Monthly contracts cost $499. The Growth plan is $519 a month annually or $559 monthly, Contractor of Record is $400 per contractor a month and Global Payroll starts at $20 per employee a month. At list, Core EOR works out to $5,508 per employee a year, $1,680 less than the $599 a month that Deel and Remote both list for EOR.
Multiplier is an employer of record and global payroll platform: it becomes the legal employer in countries where you have no entity, then runs payroll, contracts and compliance for those hires. Unlike many HR vendors, it prints dollar prices for every standard plan on its pricing page.
The catch is in the small print under each card. Every EOR and Contractor of Record price carries "+ Compliance mandated add-ons" and "+ Implementation fee as applicable," and neither has a published price. Every figure below was read on Multiplier's own pages on 1 November 2026 in a rendered browser, and the annual totals come from a script committed with this article.
How much does Multiplier cost in 2026?
The pricing page has three tabs: Employer of Record, Contractor of Record and Global Payroll. The headline toggle reads "Yearly (save 8%)," and the FAQ gives both the annual and monthly EOR rates.
| Multiplier plan (checked 1 Nov 2026) | Billed annually | Billed monthly | Extra fees listed on the card |
|---|---|---|---|
| EOR Core | $459 per employee/month | $499 per employee/month | Compliance mandated add-ons, implementation fee as applicable |
| EOR Growth | $519 per employee/month | $559 per employee/month | Compliance mandated add-ons, implementation fee as applicable |
| EOR Enterprise | Custom price | Custom price | Not listed |
| Contractor of Record | $400 per contractor/month | Not shown | Compliance mandated add-ons, implementation fee as applicable |
| Contractors (contractor management) | $40 per contractor/month | Not shown | None listed |
| Global Payroll | From $20 per employee/month | Not shown | Setup and implementation fees, payments and statutory fees as applicable |
The FAQ answer is the plainest statement of the EOR price: "Employer of Record pricing starts at $459 per employee per month on annual contracts and $499 per employee per month on monthly contracts. Growth plans start at $519 per employee per month annually and $559 per employee per month monthly."
Does Multiplier charge the same price in every country?
Mostly. The FAQ says "a small number of locations (~11% of countries we support) have adjusted pricing to reflect local wage realities, employment economics, statutory requirements, payroll complexity, and the operational cost of maintaining compliant employment infrastructure." The page does not list which countries those are or what the adjusted prices are, so check the quote for any country you plan to hire in.
The fee also sits on top of employment costs. Salary, employer taxes and benefits are paid separately; Multiplier's cost calculator on the same page estimates them "country by country, including base salary, insurance, and taxes."
What does Multiplier EOR cost per year?
Annual cost is the per-employee monthly price times 12 times headcount. These are platform fees only, before salary, employer contributions and the unpriced add-ons.
| Employees on EOR | Core, annual billing ($459) | Core, monthly billing ($499) | Growth, annual billing ($519) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $5,508 | $5,988 | $6,228 |
| 5 | $27,540 | $29,940 | $31,140 |
| 10 | $55,080 | $59,880 | $62,280 |
| 25 | $137,700 | $149,700 | $155,700 |
Annual billing saves $40 a month on either plan, or $480 per employee a year. That is the 8% the toggle advertises on Core and about 7% on Growth. The FAQ says there is no minimum headcount: "You can hire a single employee or scale an entire global workforce."
What is the difference between Multiplier Core and Growth?
Growth costs $60 more per employee a month on annual billing, about 13% above Core. The cards describe Core as "For companies hiring globally" and Growth as "For growing global teams with existing systems." What the extra $60 buys, per the Growth card:
- Automated onboarding at scale, from offer to day one
- Native integrations with Workday, BambooHR and your existing HRIS and payroll stack
- Custom reports
- Open API access
The FAQ lists what every EOR fee includes: "compliant employment, locally compliant contracts, payroll processing, tax and statutory filings, benefits administration, employee onboarding, and ongoing HR support." Enterprise is quoted, for "complex multi-country deployment models" and "flexible commercial arrangements."
How much do Multiplier contractors and global payroll cost?
Contractors come in two forms. Contractor of Record, where Multiplier holds the contract, is $400 per contractor a month billed annually. Plain contractor management ("Contractors") is $40 per contractor a month, for "instant contracts and agreements," worker classification and multi-currency payments. That is $4,800 or $480 per contractor a year.
Global Payroll, for countries where you already own an entity, "starts at $20 per employee per month, with pricing based on workforce size, countries, and payroll requirements," which is $240 per employee a year before the setup, implementation, payments and statutory fees the card lists.
How does Multiplier pricing compare to Deel and Remote?
Deel's pricing page and Remote's pricing page, read the same day, both list EOR at $599 per employee a month (Remote specifies annual contracts). Multiplier's Core plan is $140 a month lower, about 23% below both.
| List price per month (checked 1 Nov 2026) | Multiplier | Deel | Remote |
|---|---|---|---|
| Employer of Record | $459 (Core, annual) | $599 | $599 (annual contracts) |
| Contractor of Record | $400 | $325 | $325 |
| Contractor management | $40 | $49 | $29 |
| Global Payroll | From $20 | Not on the rendered card | $29 |
| EOR, 10 employees, per year | $55,080 | $71,880 | $71,880 |
The order flips for contractors. Multiplier's Contractor of Record is $75 a month more than Deel's or Remote's $325, and Remote's $29 contractor management undercuts Multiplier's $40. All three pages say "starting at" or equivalent, and Multiplier adjusts prices in about 11% of its countries, so a like-for-like quote matters more than the headline. Our Deel pricing breakdown covers Deel's plans in detail, and our Rippling pricing, Justworks pricing and HiBob pricing checks cover US-centred HR and payroll suites.
How does Noon compare to Multiplier?
They solve different steps. Multiplier employs and pays people once you have decided to hire them abroad. Noon finds and engages those people first: an AI sourcer that searches the whole web for candidates, not just LinkedIn, email enrichment, personalized email and SMS outreach, and interview scheduling.
The pricing models differ too. Multiplier charges per employee per month, so the bill grows with every hire. Noon sells one plan with unlimited sourcing, unlimited email enrichment, unlimited contacts, unlimited agents and unlimited seats, with no credits and no per-seat fees. Noon does not publish a dollar price; the pricing page explains how to get a quote. For what recruiting tools charge, see our recruiting software pricing index, and for the full cost of a hire, our cost-per-hire benchmarks.
Sources and methodology
- Multiplier pricing page, read rendered in Chrome via Playwright on 1 November 2026, with the Employer of Record, Contractor of Record and Global Payroll tabs clicked and the FAQ answers opened. The Monthly billing toggle did not switch the cards in our automated browser, so monthly EOR prices come from the same page's FAQ.
- Deel pricing and Remote pricing, read rendered on 1 November 2026.
- Vendr's Multiplier page was checked on 1 November 2026 and showed no buyer-reported prices, so no buyer estimate is included.
- Demand check: DataForSEO Google Ads volume, US, 1 November 2026 ("multiplier pricing" and "multiplier price" at 30 searches a month each).
- Annual totals, the annual-billing saving and the Deel and Remote comparisons come from

Limitations
- Every Multiplier EOR and contractor price excludes "compliance mandated add-ons" and implementation fees, and payroll excludes setup, payments and statutory fees. None of these is priced on the page.
- About 11% of Multiplier's countries have adjusted prices that the page does not list.
- Contractor of Record, Contractors and Global Payroll monthly-billing prices were not shown in the rendered cards, so only annual prices are given for them.
- Bundle prices exist in the page code but were not displayed on the rendered page, so they are not published here.
- Prices change. All figures are as read on 1 November 2026.
