Key takeaway: $399 a year is RocketReach's cheapest paid plan. Its pricing page, read on 25 October 2026, lists Essentials at $399, Pro at $899 and Ultimate at $1,699 per seat billed annually, or $69, $119 and $209 a month on monthly billing. Essentials is email only; phone numbers start on Pro. Annual plans cap exports at 1,200, 3,600 and 20,000 a year. Custom team plans "start at $6K annually," and buyer-reported contracts on Vendr have a $6,750 a year median, an estimate rather than a RocketReach price.

RocketReach is a contact data tool: you search for a person, and it returns verified work and personal emails and, on higher plans, mobile and direct phone numbers. Its pricing page says it covers "700 million professionals and 60 million companies" and claims "98% accuracy," which are RocketReach's own figures. Recruiters use it to find a candidate's email or phone before outreach, alongside tools like Apollo.io and ZoomInfo.

Every price below was read in a rendered browser on 25 October 2026. We flipped the billing switch and set the seat field to 1, 2 and 5 seats, and the arithmetic comes from a script committed with this article.

Two details change the real cost. The "Save 50%" badge on the annual switch is only true for Essentials (51.8%); Pro saves 37.0% and Ultimate 32.3%. And annual plans are not just cheaper: they come with more exports than twelve months of the monthly plan, 1.2 times as many on Pro and 1.67 times on Ultimate.

How much does RocketReach cost?

RocketReach publishes three self-serve plans. Prices are for one seat.

RocketReach plan (checked 25 Oct 2026) Billed annually Shown as Billed monthly Annual saving
Essentials (email only) $399 a year $33 a month $69 a month ($828 a year) 51.8% ($429)
Pro (email and phone) $899 a year $75 a month $119 a month ($1,428 a year) 37.0% ($529)
Ultimate (email and phone) $1,699 a year $142 a month $209 a month ($2,508 a year) 32.3% ($809)

The free account is a trial, not a plan: RocketReach's FAQ says "Free accounts have access to 5 free lookups with no credit card required." Above Ultimate there are custom team plans, which the page says "start at $6K annually."

How many lookups and exports does each plan include?

RocketReach meters two things. A lookup reveals a person's contact details; an export moves the record out to a CSV, CRM or sequence. Annual plans give unlimited lookups and cap exports. Monthly plans cap both.

Plan (rocketreach.co, 25 Oct 2026) Annual: lookups Annual: exports a year Monthly: lookups and exports a month Monthly: exports a year
Essentials Unlimited 1,200 100 1,200
Pro Unlimited 3,600 250 3,000
Ultimate Unlimited 20,000 1,000 12,000

That makes the price per export fall steeply as you move up:

Plan Cost per export, annual Cost per export, monthly
Essentials $0.333 $0.69
Pro $0.25 $0.476
Ultimate $0.085 $0.209

Two rules from the FAQ and help center work in your favour. "A lookup is used if we find and verify email or phone, otherwise it is refunded." And on monthly plans, "unused credits will roll over to the next billing period" and are "valid up to 12 months," but "You will lose access to any unused credits once your paid service ends."

For a recruiter the export cap is the number to plan around. A sourcer who exports 20 candidates a working day for about 230 working days needs 4,600 exports a year, which is more than Pro's 3,600 and fits inside Ultimate's 20,000. Those are our example volumes, not RocketReach's. If you want a benchmark for real outreach volumes, see how many candidates recruiters contact per week.

What do Pro and Ultimate add?

The plan cards and the feature table show what each tier unlocks.

Feature (rocketreach.co, 25 Oct 2026) Essentials Pro Ultimate
Verified personal and work emails Yes Yes Yes
Mobile and direct phone numbers No Yes Yes
Email sending limit 500 a day 500 a day 500 a day
Active Autopilots 5 10 25
Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesloft and Bullhorn integrations No Yes Yes
Salesforce custom mapping, intent data, healthcare data No No Yes
MCP and API access Yes Yes Yes

For agencies that run on Bullhorn, the integration starts on Pro. Phone numbers also start on Pro, so for most recruiters Essentials is a trial of the email side rather than a working plan.

How much does RocketReach cost for a team?

Set the seat field above one and every plan drops by about 5% per seat. The totals the page showed:

Seats (checked 25 Oct 2026) Essentials, annual Pro, annual Ultimate, annual Pro, monthly
1 $399 $899 $1,699 $119
2 $758 $1,708 $3,228 $226
5 $1,895 $4,270 $8,070 $565

On annual billing the discount is exactly 5.0% on every plan at both 2 and 5 seats, which is $854 per seat a year on Pro. On monthly billing it is 4.3% to 5.0%. RocketReach's team plans page says the Team Plan is for "small teams (2-5 users)" and that Custom Team Plans, for "5+ users," offer "unlimited lookups, exclusive perks, and premium support," with pooled export credits and an annual term only.

What do companies actually pay for RocketReach?

Vendr, which collects buyer-reported contract data, shows a median of $6,750 a year, with a low of $1,800 and a high of $13,340. One community note reads: "Able to get cost down for 3 enterprise users to $6750 ($690 in savings) for a new purchase instead of buying online." These are buyer-reported estimates, not RocketReach prices.

For scale, $6,750 buys about 7.5 Pro seats at the single-seat annual list price, and it sits just above the $6,000 floor of the custom team plans. Five Ultimate seats on the self-serve page cost $8,070.

How does RocketReach pricing compare to Apollo and ContactOut?

All three publish prices, read rendered on 25 October 2026. They meter data in different units (RocketReach by exports, Apollo by credits, ContactOut by exports), so this compares one seat for a year, not identical bundles.

Plan (checked 25 Oct 2026) One seat, per year Phone-capable contacts a year Cost per phone contact
RocketReach Essentials (annual) $399 None, email only Not applicable
RocketReach Pro (annual) $899 3,600 exports $0.25
RocketReach Ultimate (annual) $1,699 20,000 exports $0.085
Apollo Basic (annual) $588 3,750 phone numbers (8 credits each) $0.157
Apollo Professional (annual) $948 6,000 phone numbers $0.158
ContactOut Email + Phone $1,188 ($99 a month) 7,200 exports $0.165

ContactOut's $49 and $99 prices are shown as reductions from $99 and $199, marked "Limited time only," with a "1 user per company limit." RocketReach has the lowest paid entry price of the three for email only, and Ultimate is the cheapest per phone-capable contact at volume. How does Noon fit next to RocketReach?

RocketReach gives a recruiter contact data for people they have already found, metered by exports and seats. Noon is built for recruiting end to end: an AI sourcer that searches the whole web for candidates, not just LinkedIn, evaluates them against your role's criteria, finds their contact details, runs personalised email and SMS outreach and books interviews, with 20+ ATS integrations.

The pricing model is the opposite of export caps. RocketReach's bill rises with seats and tops out at 20,000 exports a seat a year on Ultimate. Noon sells one plan with unlimited sourcing, unlimited email enrichment, unlimited contacts, unlimited agents and unlimited seats, with no credits and no per-seat fees. Noon does not publish a dollar price; the pricing page explains how to get a quote.

Limitations

  • These are point-in-time list prices in US dollars on 25 October 2026. The "$33 a month" style figures are RocketReach's rounding of the annual total divided by twelve.
  • We read team prices at 2 and 5 seats only; other seat counts may round differently.
  • Custom team plan prices are quote-based; the page publishes only the $6,000 starting point.
  • Vendr's figures are buyer-reported, and its listing does not say which plans or seat counts sit behind the median.
  • The Apollo and ContactOut comparison is one seat to one seat; the plans meter data in different units and are not identical bundles.
  • The 20-exports-a-day sourcer is an illustrative volume, not measured usage.
