On 26 September 2026, jobadder.com/pricing listed four plans (Recruiter Lite, Essential, Pro and Business), six paid add-ons and a three-step quote process, and not a single dollar figure. Its own FAQ confirms there is no free trial, no cap on users, an annual-contract discount, and that Recruiter Pro requires an annual contract. The numbers that circulate online are estimates: ITQlick's $100 to $200 per user a month band is derived from "market averages for similar recruitment software", HeroHunt reports "around $99" for Lite and "around $160" for Essential, and AvaHR summarises the range as "$95 and $160+". The only actual quote we could find is second-hand: a European buyer reportedly paying EUR 124 per user a month for Essential on a 12-month contract plus a EUR 550 implementation fee.
JobAdder, built by JobAdder Operations Pty Ltd (the pricing page footer reads "©2026 Copyright JobAdder Operations Pty Ltd"), is an agency ATS and CRM with a large job-board network ("Post to 200+ job boards in a couple of clicks") and, by its own count, "Over 25,000 recruiters around the world". Its pricing page opens with a rejection of list pricing: "Rather than having a one-size-fits all approach to our pricing, we work to understand what you need from your recruitment software and create a tailored proposal for you." Demand for the price is real and unusually valuable for the volume: "jobadder pricing" and "jobadder price" each draw 90 US searches a month at a $14.43 CPC (DataForSEO Google Ads, 26 September 2026). No noon.ai page received a single impression for a JobAdder query in Google Search Console over the prior 28 days.
This page separates the three kinds of information a buyer will meet. First, what JobAdder itself states about plans, add-ons, contracts and trials, quoted from its pricing pages and FAQ on the check date. Second, the third-party dollar estimates, with the exact wording each source uses to describe its own confidence. Third, what the structure means for a 5, 10 or 25 seat agency trying to budget without a quote. Every figure below traces to a URL and timestamp in the article's sources.json.
How much does JobAdder cost in 2026?
JobAdder does not say. Every plan card on the pricing page ends in "Get started", which opens a request-pricing form asking for business type (agency, in-house or job seeker) and team size in six bands: 1-2, 3-5, 6-15, 16-20, 21-75 and 75+. The page then describes a three-step process: "Chat to our team", "See JobAdder in action" and "Your custom offering", where JobAdder will "create a pricing plan to suit you - ensuring you only pay for the features you actually need, and none of the ones you don't."
Because nothing is published, this table records what the vendor states and what third parties estimate, kept apart.

Two of those sources describe their own numbers as reconstructions. ITQlick writes that "JobAdder's pricing isn't publicly available" and that its band is "based on market averages for similar recruitment software". HeroHunt says outright that "anyone who states a firm list price is guessing." We could not find a buyer-reported contract dataset: Vendr's JobAdder marketplace page, read the same day, shows no median, range or per-user figure.

- AI starts at Essential. Adder Intelligence (the Smart Summaries, Smart Sync, Smart Job Descriptions and Smart Floats bundle) is listed on Essential and Pro, not Lite. The pricing FAQ says "Features are bundled into each plan rather than sold individually. To access additional functionality, you'd need to upgrade to the next plan tier."
- API access starts at Essential, sandbox at Pro. The add-on strip notes "API + Sandbox only available for contracted customers (free for Pro customers)."
- Temp and contract management is in Lite. Unlike some agency platforms that price pay-and-bill separately, JobAdder lists "Temp & contract management" on its entry plan and "Temp & contract talent pooling" on Essential.
What are JobAdder's paid add-ons?
The pricing FAQ is explicit: "There are six paid add-ons that can be purchased separately, regardless of plan: Smart Forms, Hiring Manager Portal, Broadbean, Dedicated IP Address, SSO, and Sandbox Environment." The main pricing page shows the same six as tiles under "Pick a base plan, then add on only the extras you need." None of the six carries a published price.
Broadbean is the one most agencies will recognise: it is a multiposting service, so an agency that already pays Broadbean separately should ask whether the JobAdder add-on replaces or duplicates that spend. Single sign-on and a dedicated IP address are the two that in-house or larger agency IT teams typically require, and both sit outside every plan.
What are JobAdder's contract terms?
JobAdder answers this itself, in two places. From the pricing variant FAQ, read 26 September 2026:

From the general FAQ, same date:

The wording on Lite and Essential ("annual contracts ... are available") leaves room for shorter terms, and the Atlas guide notes that "several reviewers describe user-count billing with no lock-in." JobAdder does not publish a month-to-month option, so treat anything shorter than a year as something to negotiate, not assume. By contrast, Vincere states a 12-month minimum on its pricing page and Recruit CRM publishes monthly per-user prices.
Does JobAdder offer a free trial?
No. The FAQ answer is direct: "Does JobAdder offer a free trial? At this point no. However, we'd be happy to discuss any requests to understand how we can best help you review our product." What would JobAdder cost for a 5, 10 or 25 seat agency?
With no published price, any total is an estimate built on someone else's estimate. The table applies the two bands in circulation, and it is labelled accordingly: these are planning ranges, not quotes, and JobAdder's actual proposal may sit outside both.

ITQlick's own worked example lands in the same place: "For a 10-user SMB, expect $800-$1800 monthly, while a 100-user enterprise could see costs from $7,000-$15,000 per month." Implementation is extra in every version of the estimate. The one relayed real quote (EUR 124 per user a month for Essential, 12-month contract, EUR 550 implementation) is a single negotiation in one market and is not a rate card. Where does outbound sourcing fit next to JobAdder?
JobAdder's plans price the desk: the ATS and CRM, job posting to 200+ boards, temp and contract management, and in Essential and Pro the automations and dashboards. The candidates it manages are the ones who applied, were imported, or were added by a consultant. Finding and contacting people who are not yet in the database remains consultant time on a per-seat licence.

Every quote on this page was collected on 26 September 2026 by reading each page rendered in a browser (Playwright over the Chrome DevTools Protocol). JobAdder's pricing FAQ answers are collapsed accordions and were read from the rendered DOM. Each quote is recorded with its URL and fetch timestamp in the article's sources.json in the noon.ai repository (seo/research/stats/jobadder-pricing-2026/sources.json).
- Vendor pages (primary): JobAdder pricing, the pricing variant page with the pricing FAQ, and the JobAdder FAQs. All returned HTTP 200. None contains a price.
- Third-party estimates (labelled): ITQlick ($100 to $200 per user a month, "based on market averages for similar recruitment software"), HeroHunt (around $99 Lite, around $160 Essential, dated 22 February 2024, plus the relayed EUR 124 quote), AvaHR ($95 to $160+), and Atlas (relays ITQlick's band and a Capterra "Contact vendor" listing). Vendr's marketplace page showed no JobAdder contract data.
- Demand check: DataForSEO Google Ads volume, US, 26 September 2026: "jobadder pricing" 90 searches a month ($14.43 CPC), "jobadder price" 90, "jobadder cost" 10, "how much does jobadder cost" 10. Google Search Console showed no noon.ai impressions for any query containing "jobadder" between 28 August and 25 September 2026.
- Rule applied: a price is called "published" only when it appears on the vendor's own pricing page on the check date. No JobAdder dollar figure meets that rule, so every dollar and euro figure on this page is labelled as an estimate or a relayed quote.
Limitations
JobAdder publishes no price, so this page cannot state what JobAdder costs; it can only state what JobAdder says about plan structure and terms and what third parties estimate. The ITQlick band is derived from comparable software, not from JobAdder invoices. The HeroHunt indications are from a February 2024 article and may be stale; its EUR 124 quote is relayed from a third site we could not reach on the check date. AvaHR and Atlas are competing ATS vendors and their pages promote their own products. We found no buyer-reported contract dataset (Vendr shows none), no Capterra or G2 pricing we could read directly (403 and timeouts on the check date), and no published add-on prices. Team-size totals are our multiplication of third-party estimates. Noon is a recruiting software vendor and does not publish a dollar price; the Noon section describes structure, not cost.
