Key takeaway: £69 per user a month is Vincere's published entry price in 2026 for its CRM and ATS licence (vincere.io/pricing, read 26 September 2026). AI is sold separately as four "Access Vincere Evo" packs billed per agency, not per user: Base from £25, Present from £139, Automate from £235 and Elite from £349 a month. The minimum contract is 12 months. A five-recruiter agency on the Elite pack therefore pays from £694 a month, or £8,328 a year, before onboarding or add-ons (our arithmetic on the published "from" prices).

Vincere, part of The Access Group (the pricing page footer reads "© 2026 The Access Group"), is one of the few agency recruitment platforms that publishes a starting price at all. Most of its peers send every buyer to a quote; Vincere puts a per-user figure and four AI pack prices on a public page and its FAQ calls out "certain competitors who only offer custom-only pricing." Demand for the phrase is small but real: "vincere pricing" and "vincere cost" each draw 10 US searches a month, with a $14.68 CPC on the latter (DataForSEO Google Ads, 26 September 2026), and no noon.ai page ranked for a Vincere pricing query in Google Search Console over the prior 28 days.

This page reads the rate card as an agency buyer would: what the licence costs, what the four AI packs add and which features sit in which pack, the contract terms Vincere states in its own FAQ, and what the bill looks like at common agency sizes. Every price is quoted from Vincere's own pricing page as rendered on 26 September 2026. The page displayed pounds sterling with no currency toggle, so this article reports GBP and does not convert.

How much does Vincere cost in 2026?

Vincere splits the price into two lines. The first is the CRM and ATS licence, priced per user. The second is an optional AI pack, priced per agency and only available once a CRM licence is in place ("CRM licence required first" on the Base card). Both lines carry the word "From," so these are floors, not fixed list prices.

Line (read 26 Sep 2026) Published price Billed Vincere's description
CRM and ATS licence From £69 per user a month Per user "Start with our award-winning CRM and ATS"
Base AI pack From £25 a month Per agency "CRM licence required first"
Present AI pack From £139 a month Per agency "Stand out with AI-powered candidate presentation"
Automate AI pack From £235 a month Per agency "Cut the admin & accelerate growth"
Elite AI pack From £349 a month Per agency "The full AI recruitment suite"

Three details on the same page shape the real number:

  • AI is a flat agency fee, not a seat multiplier. Every pack card says "Per agency per month." A 3-person agency and a 40-person agency pay the same headline pack price, so the AI packs get cheaper per head as the team grows while the licence line does not.
  • Every card ends in "Talk to an expert." There is no self-serve checkout. The lead form asks how many people will use the product in five bands (0-2, 3-5, 6-15, 16-49, 50+), and the FAQ says pricing includes "volume discounts," so the "from" price is a starting point for a quote.
  • The model changed recently. Vincere's FAQ tells existing customers: "We have launched a new pricing model and moved away from our previous bundled pricing approach which loaded all the modules into the PUPM price." The per-user-per-month licence is now the base and the AI modules are separate packs.

Over a year, one licence costs from £828 (12 x £69). The packs add £300 (Base), £1,668 (Present), £2,820 (Automate) or £4,188 (Elite) a year per agency. All annual figures are our arithmetic on the published monthly floors.

What does Vincere cost for a 5, 10 or 25 person agency?

Because the licence is per user and the pack is per agency, the bill is licence x users plus one pack. The table applies the published "from" prices, before onboarding, add-ons, taxes or any volume discount. The arithmetic is ours; the inputs are Vincere's.

Users Licence only (£69) Plus Base (£25) Plus Automate (£235) Plus Elite (£349)
5 £345/mo (£4,140/yr) £370/mo (£4,440/yr) £580/mo (£6,960/yr) £694/mo (£8,328/yr)
10 £690/mo (£8,280/yr) £715/mo (£8,580/yr) £925/mo (£11,100/yr) £1,039/mo (£12,468/yr)
25 £1,725/mo (£20,700/yr) £1,750/mo (£21,000/yr) £1,960/mo (£23,520/yr) £2,074/mo (£24,888/yr)

Two patterns fall out of the table:

  • The Elite pack roughly doubles a five-seat bill and adds a fifth to a 25-seat bill. At 5 users, £349 of Elite sits on £345 of licences (101% uplift). At 25 users the same £349 is a 20% uplift on £1,725. Per-agency pricing favours larger desks.
  • Base is close to free at any size. £25 a month on top of even a 5-seat licence is a 7% increase, which is why Vincere leads its page with "Add AI on top of your CRM licence from just £25 per agency per month."

For how these numbers sit next to other agency platforms, see our recruiting software pricing index, Bullhorn pricing, Loxo pricing and Recruit CRM pricing.

Which Vincere AI pack includes automation and enrichment?

This is the question the £25 headline hides. Reading the four pack cards and the "Compare our plans" grid on 26 September 2026, the features split like this:

Feature (from the pricing page) Base Present Automate Elite
Candidate scoring, Job Description / Ad Creator Yes Yes Yes Yes
Copilot AI, Feeds, Evo Docs, Base Analytics, Spaces, Mobile Yes Yes Yes Yes
Content Creator Yes Yes Yes Yes
Applause, Learning, Engage Yes Yes Yes Yes
Candidate Summaries No Yes Yes Yes
Candidate Speccing No Yes No Yes
LinkedIn Content Creator No No Yes Yes
CRM automation No No Yes Yes
Enrichment agent No No Yes Yes
Advanced / Custom Analytics, 3rd party connector Add-on Add-on Add-on Add-on

So Base is the assistant layer (scoring, ad writing, Copilot, analytics), Present adds the candidate-facing outputs (summaries and speccing, which the grid files under "Outreach & BD"), and Automate is the first pack with CRM automation and the enrichment agent. Elite is the only pack that lists every feature; Automate's card omits Candidate Speccing. The two add-ons, Advanced / Custom Analytics and the 3rd party connector, are "available as add-ons in all packages" and carry no published price.

Vincere's why-switch page frames the platform as "full-cycle recruitment, with built-in modules for shift scheduling, time sheeting, pay & bill." None of those modules is priced on the pricing page, so temp and contract desks should expect a quote that goes beyond the £69 licence. What are Vincere's contract terms?

Vincere answers this in its own pricing FAQ, which is unusually specific for an agency vendor. Quoted from the page on 26 September 2026:

  • Minimum term: "Yes, the minimum contract term is 12 months, with substantial cost savings for longer terms."
  • Billing options: "You can choose a shorter 1-year contract for maximum flexibility, or lock in a 2- or 3-year term to unlock bigger savings." The size of the multi-year saving is not published.
  • Reallocating spend: "You're committed to your annual spend (ARR), but how you use it is up to you. Rather than being locked into a fixed number of licences, you can move your spend between CRM licences and Smart Pack usage at any time."
  • Setup time: "most recruitment agencies can get started within a few weeks," with onboarding covering "data migration, system configuration, and user training." Onboarding is not priced on the page.
  • Cancellation: "Upon cancellation, we will provide guidance on data retrieval. Any associated costs will depend on the specifics of your data requirements."
  • Support: "We have flexible support plans for all agency sizes and needs." No support tier is priced.

The practical reading: the annual commitment is the unit Vincere sells, and the licence and pack lines can be rebalanced inside it. A buyer comparing Vincere against month-to-month tools such as Recruit CRM should weigh the 12-month floor as part of the price.

Does Vincere offer a free trial?

Not of the CRM. The pricing page promotes a "Try Now, Pay Later" programme described as "Three AI-powered modules integrated with your CRM - now available on a 3-6-week trial programme." That is a trial of AI modules for teams already on the CRM, not a free trial of Vincere itself. Every pack card leads to "Talk to an expert" or a 15-minute call.

Where does outbound sourcing fit next to Vincere?

Vincere's licence prices the system of record for an agency desk: the ATS and CRM, the pipelines, the pay-and-bill modules and, in the higher packs, CRM automation and an enrichment agent that works on records already in the database. Finding and contacting the candidates who are not yet in the CRM is still consultant time, billed at £69 a seat a month for each person doing it.

Noon covers that outbound step and writes the results back. Noon's AI Sourcer searches across the web for candidates who fit the search and evaluates them against your criteria, and AI Outreach contacts them with personalized email and SMS sequences and handles scheduling. Interested candidates land in Vincere through Noon's Vincere integration, so consultants progress them through the desk they already run. Two structural differences from Vincere's rate card:

  • No per-seat meter and no pack ladder. Noon's pricing is a single plan with unlimited sourcing, unlimited contacts, unlimited agents and unlimited seats. Adding a consultant or a hiring manager does not add a line to the bill, and there is no Base-to-Elite tier to move up.
  • No public dollar price. Like Vincere's "Talk to an expert" cards, Noon quotes per team rather than publishing a rate card, so the comparison here is about structure, not a side-by-side figure.

For agencies weighing the two categories, recruiting agency software covers how firms combine a CRM with sourcing tools.

Sources and methodology

Every figure on this page was collected on 26 September 2026 by reading the rendered pricing page in a browser (Playwright over the Chrome DevTools Protocol). Pack features were read from the four plan cards and the "Compare our plans" grid; FAQ answers were read from the rendered accordion content. Each quote is recorded with its URL and fetch timestamp in the article's sources.json in the noon.ai repository (seo/research/stats/vincere-pricing-2026/sources.json).

  • Vendor pages (primary): Vincere pricing, plus the why-switch and support pages for context (no prices on either). All returned HTTP 200.
  • Demand check: DataForSEO Google Ads volume, US, 26 September 2026: "vincere pricing" 10 searches a month, "vincere cost" 10 ($14.68 CPC). Google Search Console showed no noon.ai page ranking for a Vincere pricing query between 28 August and 25 September 2026.
  • Rule applied: a price is called "published" only when it appears on the vendor's own pricing page on the check date. Every pound figure in this article meets that rule. All annual totals, team-size totals and percentage uplifts are our arithmetic on the published "from" prices.

Limitations

Every Vincere price on the page is a "from" figure, and every card leads to a sales conversation, so the numbers here are floors rather than quotes. Volume discounts and multi-year savings are stated to exist but not quantified. Onboarding, data migration, support plans, the two add-ons, and the pay-and-bill, timesheet and scheduling modules that Vincere markets to temp and contract agencies are not priced on the page. The page rendered in pounds sterling from a US browser session with no currency selector; US or Australian buyers may be quoted in another currency, and we did not convert. We did not find a third-party source with a verified 2025 Vincere price to compare against, so no year-on-year change is published. Noon is a recruiting software vendor and does not publish a dollar price; the Noon section describes structure, not cost.

FAQ

How much does Vincere cost per user in 2026?

On 26 September 2026 Vincere listed its CRM and ATS licence from £69 per user a month. AI packs are extra and billed per agency: Base from £25, Present from £139, Automate from £235 and Elite from £349 a month.

Is Vincere's AI priced per user or per agency?

Per agency. Each of the four Access Vincere Evo pack cards reads "Per agency per month," so the pack price does not rise with headcount. Only the £69 CRM licence is per user.

What is Vincere's minimum contract length?

Twelve months. The pricing FAQ says "the minimum contract term is 12 months, with substantial cost savings for longer terms," and offers 1-, 2- or 3-year contracts.

Which Vincere pack includes CRM automation?

Automate (from £235 a month per agency) and Elite (from £349) list CRM automation and the enrichment agent. Base and Present do not.

Does Vincere have a free trial?

Vincere advertises a 3-6 week "Try Now, Pay Later" trial of three AI modules for teams on its CRM. It does not publish a free trial of the CRM itself; every plan card leads to "Talk to an expert."
