Key takeaway: $14K to $22K is the negotiated price range of the three one-year GoodTime Hire purchases listed on Vendr, a software buying platform, on 17 October 2026. GoodTime itself publishes no dollar price. Its pricing page says pricing "is based on the number of candidates annually, not the number of users," that "you can have as many users as you need," and that all integrations, including two-way ATS sync, are included. The only prices GoodTime does publish are for GoodTime Meet, its separate scheduling-link tool: free, $9 or $16 per seat per month paid annually.

GoodTime sells interview scheduling and coordination software to enterprise talent teams. Its own survey of 560 HR and talent decision makers found teams spending 37.3% of their total work hours scheduling interviews (GoodTime 2022 Hiring Insights Report), which is the cost GoodTime asks buyers to weigh against its fee. That is a vendor survey of its own buyer population, published in 2022, so treat it as GoodTime's framing rather than an industry benchmark.

This page collects every GoodTime price point we could verify on 17 October 2026 and labels each one by who published it. Every figure below was read on the check date, and exact quotes are in the source ledger committed with this article.

Does GoodTime publish its pricing?

Not for its main product. We read goodtime.io rendered in a browser on 17 October 2026. Requesting goodtime.io/pricing redirects to a GoodTime Hire pricing page with no plan cards and no dollar amounts. It states the pricing model in three lines and ends with a form: "We'd be happy to prepare a customized proposal for you!" The GoodTime Meet pricing page is the exception: it lists three plans with prices.

GoodTime price point Published by GoodTime? Figure (checked 17 Oct 2026)
GoodTime Hire subscription No Custom proposal, no list price
Pricing basis Yes Number of candidates per year, not number of users
Users Yes "As many users as you need"
Integrations, including two-way ATS sync Yes Included
GoodTime Meet Starter Yes Free
GoodTime Meet Premium Yes $9 per seat per month, paid annually
GoodTime Meet Enterprise Yes $16 per seat per month, paid annually; free for GoodTime Hire customers
One-year GoodTime Hire deals No, buyer-reported $14K, $17K and $22K (Vendr)
Two-year GoodTime Hire deals No, buyer-reported $53K and $80K (Vendr)

Review directories do not fill the gap. Capterra lists GoodTime's starting price as "Get Price," Software Advice says the starting price is "Not provided by vendor" and that GoodTime Hire has no free version or free trial, and SoftwareFinder says plans are offered as Starter, Professional and Enterprise but "pricing details are not publicly available."

How much does GoodTime cost per year?

The only dollar figures we found are Vendr's records of recent GoodTime purchases. Vendr lists five, each with a start date, term, tier and negotiated price:

Start date Term Product and tier Add-ons Negotiated price
Sep 2025 12 months GoodTime Hire None listed $22K
Aug 2025 12 months GoodTime Hire: Starter 1 $14K
Oct 2024 12 months GoodTime Hire: Starter 1 $17K
May 2025 24 months GoodTime Hire: Enterprise 1 $80K
Nov 2024 24 months GoodTime Hire: Starter 3 $53K

Two readings follow from the table. First, the three one-year deals sit between $14K and $22K, with a median of $17K (our arithmetic on Vendr's three figures). Second, the two-year deals are larger, but Vendr does not say whether its figure is the total contract value or an annual amount, so we do not convert them to a per-year price. These are five buyer-reported purchases, not a price list; treat them as estimates every time you quote them.

What drives a GoodTime quote?

GoodTime names one meter: candidates per year. Its pricing page says pricing "is based on the number of candidates annually, not the number of users." That makes the quote a function of hiring volume, not team size. A 40-person interviewer pool costs the same as a 400-person pool at the same candidate count, which is the opposite of per-seat scheduling tools.

The other inputs are packaging. Vendr's records show a Starter and an Enterprise tier for GoodTime Hire, and Vendr lists Starter, Premium and Enterprise tiers for GoodTime Meet. High-volume hiring is sold separately: when GoodTime launched Hire for High Volume (SMS, WhatsApp and email scheduling, bulk messaging, screening and knock-out questions), its May 2023 announcement said it was "available now as an add-on to the flagship GoodTime Hire product or as a standalone product." Four of the five Vendr deals include at least one add-on.

Three questions narrow a quote quickly: what annual candidate count the proposal assumes and what happens if you exceed it, which add-ons (high-volume messaging, interview intelligence, interviewer training) are in the base price, and whether a two-year term changes the annual rate.

How much does GoodTime Meet cost?

GoodTime Meet is a standalone scheduling-link tool that GoodTime's support center says works "not only [for] your recruiting team, but anyone across your organization." Unlike GoodTime Hire, it is priced per seat, and GoodTime publishes the prices:

GoodTime Meet plan Price (goodtime.io, 17 Oct 2026) What GoodTime lists
Starter Free Individual and group scheduling links, instant scheduling, Gmail and Chrome extension, calendar and video integrations, SSO
Premium $9 per seat per month, paid annually Adds distributed and event scheduling links, cross-organization scheduling, team reports and exports, external hosts
Enterprise $16 per seat per month, paid annually Adds company branding, templates and scheduling links, delegated access, lead routing, invoice-based billing

GoodTime Hire customers get Meet Enterprise for free, per the same page. A team buying Meet Enterprise on its own for 25 recruiters would pay $4,800 a year at list price (our arithmetic: 25 x $16 x 12 months).

What is included in GoodTime Hire?

According to goodtime.io on the check date, GoodTime Hire covers automated interview scheduling from one-to-one interviews to bulk scheduling and hiring events, candidate messaging by SMS, WhatsApp and email, applicant screening, interviewer training, interview intelligence, and recruiting analytics. GoodTime's AI agent, Cori, "screens candidates, schedules interviews, follows up, and triggers workflows automatically," per its Cori product page.

GoodTime's integrations page lists eight ATS integrations (Workday, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Lever, iCIMS, Ashby and Jobvite) and Google Calendar, Office 365 and Outlook calendars. Its security page lists SOC 2 Type II (ISAE-3000), SOC 3, ISO 42001, GDPR and CCPA.

How does GoodTime pricing compare to other scheduling tools?

The useful comparison is the pricing model, because the tools meter different things. Prices below are from each vendor's own page on 17 October 2026 unless labelled.

Tool What you pay for Published price (17 Oct 2026)
GoodTime Hire Annual candidate volume, unlimited users None; $14K to $22K for one-year deals (Vendr, buyer-reported)
GoodTime Meet Seats Free, $9 or $16 per seat per month paid annually; Enterprise free with GoodTime Hire
Calendly Seats Standard $10 and Teams $16 per seat per month billed yearly ($12 and $20 billed monthly); Enterprise starts at $15k per year and 50 seats
Noon One plan, no seat or usage meters Quote-based, no published price

At Calendly's list prices, a 50-seat Teams plan is $9,600 a year billed yearly (our arithmetic: 50 seats x $16 x 12 months). That is below GoodTime's buyer-reported range, but Calendly bills every interviewer who hosts meetings, while GoodTime's model does not charge for users at all. Teams with large interviewer panels and complex loops are the buyers GoodTime prices for; our interview scheduling software comparison covers the wider set of tools, and Paradox pricing covers the conversational high-volume alternative.

How does Noon compare to GoodTime?

GoodTime starts when a candidate is already in your pipeline. It coordinates interviews for people who applied or were sourced elsewhere. Noon starts earlier: its AI recruiting platform finds candidates across the whole web, evaluates them against the role, runs personalized email and SMS outreach, and books the first interview through its AI Scheduler, which integrates with Calendly. One of the recurring workflow pains we hear in evaluation calls is that teams cannot manually follow up with every candidate after sending a scheduling link; Noon's scheduler sits inside the same workflow that produced the reply, so that follow-up is not a separate job.

The pricing models differ in a way that matters for a growing team. GoodTime meters candidates per year. Noon's pricing is a single plan with unlimited sourcing, unlimited contacts, unlimited agents and unlimited seats, so a hiring push does not move you into a higher candidate band. Noon does not publish a dollar price either. Teams with heavy onsite loops may still want a dedicated coordination tool for panel interviews; teams whose bottleneck is getting qualified candidates to the first conversation are the ones Noon is built for.

Sources and methodology

We read goodtime.io (Hire and Meet pricing, GoodTime Hire, high-volume hiring, Cori, Meet, integrations, security and the ROI calculator pages), the GoodTime Meet support overview, GoodTime's May 2023 press release and its 2022 Hiring Insights Report post on 17 October 2026, rendered in a browser. We also read Vendr's GoodTime page, Capterra, Capterra Canada, Software Advice, SoftwareFinder and Calendly's pricing page the same day. G2's pricing page returned an access error and is not used. Exact quotes and fetch times are in the source ledger committed with this article. The one-year median, the 25-seat Meet total and the 50-seat Calendly total are our arithmetic on the published figures. Search demand was checked the same day: "goodtime pricing" draws about 30 US searches a month, and "goodtime interview scheduling" about 50, per DataForSEO. For how GoodTime fits among other vendors, see our recruiting software pricing index and the Ashby pricing breakdown, whose ATS bundles scheduling.

Limitations. GoodTime confirms none of the Vendr figures. Vendr lists five purchases with no company size, candidate volume or add-on names, so the range says little about what a specific team will pay, and the sample is too small to show a trend. Vendr does not state whether its two-year figures are totals or annual amounts. GoodTime's 37.3% scheduling-time figure is a 2022 vendor survey.

No. GoodTime's pricing page says pricing "is based on the number of candidates annually, not the number of users," and that you can have as many users as you need.

Does GoodTime have a free plan?

GoodTime Meet, its standalone scheduling-link tool, has a free Starter plan; Premium is $9 and Enterprise $16 per seat per month paid annually, and GoodTime Hire customers get Meet Enterprise for free. Software Advice says GoodTime Hire itself has no free version and no free trial.

Is GoodTime high-volume hiring included in GoodTime Hire?

Not by default. GoodTime announced Hire for High Volume in May 2023 as an add-on to GoodTime Hire or a standalone product, so ask whether SMS and WhatsApp scheduling are in your quote.

Does Noon replace GoodTime?

For teams whose scheduling need is booking first interviews with candidates they sourced and contacted, Noon covers that inside one workflow on a single unlimited plan. For heavy multi-interviewer onsite loops, GoodTime is a dedicated coordination layer. See how Noon is priced and our time to hire benchmarks for where scheduling delay shows up.
