How the integration works

In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps and turn on Developer mode under Advanced settings. Create an app named Noon with the server URL https://noon.fly.dev/mcp, click Create, and sign in with your Noon account via OAuth. In a new chat, open the + menu and enable Noon. ChatGPT then gets Noon's tools: create a role from a job description and start autonomous sourcing, list your roles, view the candidate feed with match reasoning, accept or reject candidates, give feed-level feedback, and read or replace a role's outreach sequence. Yes. You authorize ChatGPT against your own Noon account via OAuth, and every action is scoped to your workspace. Noon is SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant.
