Noon + Bullhorn

Noon connects to Bullhorn using your API credentials (client ID, client secret, and an API user), pulls your open jobs, and pushes every candidate your agents source back into Bullhorn.

What you get

The Noon + Bullhorn integration at a glance

Credential-based connection (client ID, secret, API user)
Open Bullhorn jobs pulled into Noon
Candidates pushed into Bullhorn automatically
Unlimited agents — one per open req
Built for agency-scale volume

How the integration works

Noon connects to Bullhorn with OAuth-style API credentials: a client ID, client secret, and a dedicated API username and password. Once verified, Noon pulls your open Bullhorn jobs so sourcing agents can run against real reqs, and uploads sourced candidates into Bullhorn on your chosen trigger — when approved, when contacted, or when they reply. Because Noon's plan has no per-seat or per-search limits, agencies can run an agent on every open req at once. Learn more about Noon's AI Sourcer and AI Outreach.

Why teams pair Noon with Bullhorn

Noon + Bullhorn FAQ

What sourcing tools integrate with Bullhorn?

Bullhorn has a large marketplace of integrations, including sourcing tools like Noon, SourceBreaker, and hireEZ. Noon is different in kind: rather than returning search results, it autonomously sources, evaluates, and contacts candidates for each open Bullhorn req, then writes them back into your Bullhorn database with their activity.

What credentials does the Bullhorn integration need?

Four values from your Bullhorn instance: an API client ID, client secret, and the username and password of an API user. Your Bullhorn admin can generate these; setup in Noon takes a few minutes.

Can Noon work multiple Bullhorn reqs at the same time?

Yes. Noon's plan includes unlimited agents, so a staffing firm can run an autonomous sourcing agent against every open Bullhorn job simultaneously — there is no per-search or per-seat pricing.

Does Noon replace Bullhorn for my agency?

No. Bullhorn remains your ATS/CRM and system of record. Noon feeds it: sourcing, screening against each req's criteria, and outreach happen in Noon, and the resulting candidates sync into Bullhorn.

Noon also integrates with Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, iCIMS, Loxo, Gem, and Recruiterflow. See all integrations.
