We start from the job description, watch the agent search the market and rank candidates against the role's criteria, then look at the outreach and scheduling it would run next. You will see the reasoning behind each candidate decision, not just the shortlist.
What to bring
One open requisition and a sense of what a strong candidate looks like for it is enough. If you want the demo to cover your existing stack, tell us which ATS you use so we can show the integration for it, and whether your team wants outreach, interview screening, or scheduling handled first.

How long is the demo?
Thirty minutes. That is enough time to run one of your open roles through the agent end to end and answer questions about how it would fit your process.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Bring one open requisition and an idea of what a strong candidate for it looks like. If you want to see your ATS in the demo, tell us which one you use when you book.
Will I see real candidates for my role?
Yes. The demo runs against a live search rather than a canned dataset, so you see the candidates the agent surfaces for your criteria and the reasoning behind each decision.
Is pricing covered on the call?
Yes. Noon is one plan with unlimited sourcing, contacts, seats, and agents, and we go through what that means for your team size and hiring volume on the call.
