Fab Operations ■ Selected for a one-year international assignment to work at SanDisk & Toshiba Joint Venture Wafer Fab in Japan and completed projects that exceeded stakeholders’ expectations. ■ Developed daily/weekly/monthly fab output estimation model based on wafer input analysis, WIP status and process step cycle time by collaborating with process and unit engineers. This model was also used to estimate fab trouble impact to weekly wafer supply. ■ Worked with cross-functional teams (including SanDisk Memory Technology, Quality, Program/Product Operations Management, Finance, Supply Chain Planning, and Toshiba Planning) to coordinate memory supply management activities and ensure both SanDisk and Toshiba’s business & operations objectives are met in an optimal manner: » Technology and product transitions » Technology & capacity readiness reviews » Fab production planning » Supply forecast changes and fulfillment ■ Initiated and led process improvement projects with SanDisk China, Japan and U.S. teams to improve supply visibility and streamline cross-functional team collaborations. ■ Drove Material Review Board (MRB) material evaluation, disposition, and worked with QA team to provide fab trouble impact estimation to Operations teams.

Fab Operations ■ Managed SanDisk Worldwide Supply Model: » Managed industry research on NAND flash memory supply, worked with Finance, Operations, Strategy and Memory Technology teams to analyze long-term industry supply forecast, competitor growth strategies, supply/demand balancing, technology transition roadmap, risk factors and their impact to the industry dynamics; » Published quarterly model output and analysis results in support of executive review, corporate quarterly earnings call, and SanDisk Strategic Planning cycle. ■ Identified key performance indicators (KPI) for Fab Operations, developed an automated weekly/monthly dashboard and presented status updates to executives on a regular basis. ■ Leveraged metrics and performance data to identify improvement opportunities, performed data analytics/visualization, and made observations and recommendations in alignment with Quality and Six Sigma principles. ■ Managed SanDisk monthly captive wafer purchase orders using SAP and maintained daily wafer shipping profile updates using i2 system to capture the latest fab WIP estimations and supply chain planning requirements. ■ Streamlined wafer part number management process; led BOM readiness review meeting with Product Operations Managers & Supply Chain Planning team to ensure supply/demand data integrity in SAP/i2 system.

Radiology & Imaging Services ■ Conducted projects to improve Radiology exam room utilization, coordinated workflows between Radiology and Emergency Departments, as well as formulated and implemented department monthly performance scorecards. ■ Acted as a liaison between the department and its IT vendor to maximize application adoption for better work efficiency. ■ Collected, analyzed and summarized data and presented analytical solutions to interdisciplinary groups at various levels.
