Visualization of the Psurface library in Paraview [C/C++, hdf5] (Psurface is a C++ library developed by DUNE numerics that handles piecewise linear bijections between triangulated surfaces.) Wrote C++ code to create psurface surface from three-dimensional finite element mesh generated by Gmsh. Converted psurface surface to HDF5 and VTK format readable to Paraview. Implemented ParaView filter to control and visualize the Psurface surface simplification algorithm in ParaView.
