-Spend 10+ hours per week teaching programming languages to students in a private after-school program.
-Programming Languages taught: Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Scratch (project from MIT Media Lab) and Snap! (formerly BYOB, an extended reimplementation of Scratch from UC Berkeley)
-Helped groups of students develop their own web and mobile applications, and worked with them on presenting these at quarterly "Coder Fairs".

Code Coach

-Selected as one of six high school students to provide education for underprivileged children in Dominase, Ghana.
-Raised over $1,500 for school materials and funds through crowdfunding online.
-Organized school supply drives at nearby elementary schools.
-Awarded Gold Level of the President's Volunteer Service Award for this project.
