Technologies: Java, Spring, Salesforce Core engineering framework - Licensing, Permissions, APIs - Metadata, Connect, Enterprise, Tooling, BlackTab actions , Message handlers, Metadata Gauntlet, SFDX enablement, Packaging, Data kits, Data Cloud, Splunk reporting Team - EDC Model Management (Einstein Studio for integrating with LLMs, Predictive models, Retrievers internal and external) • Einstein studio allows integrating and importing trained models from Open AI, Amazon Bedrock, Azure and other vendors along with internal salesforce models. Primarily worked on backend core APIs and metadata schema that stores information about the models and metrics associated with them. Also worked on Retrievers API which are used in Prompt Builder that enable Agents. • Worked on APIs that enable Data kits that allow the models and retrievers to become packageable and be installed from test Sandboxes to production. Currently working on making the Models packageable so that they can be installed via Salesforce AppExchange by Vendors enabling more general adoption. Team - Einstein Platform API (Platform for Native Machine Learning Application within Salesforce) • Worked with the backend team that owned the abstraction of the entities that store metadata adopted by almost all native AI applications in Einstein Platform like Predictions, Recommendation Builder, Case Classification to store the metadata about the application like data segments used for training, entities & fields used, prediction values, training metrics, prediction metrics along with storing authentication status, license management and user permissions using the java salesforce core framework. • Migrated to the currently adopted coherent and standardized data schema that was previously fragmented because of different acquisitions of machine learning platforms. Exposed parts of model management and training metrics metadata schema via Metadata and Tooling APIs with user permissions and licenses specifically along with enabling packaging for customers and vendors. Migrating the data schema helped in improving performance, usability, standardization and adoption scaling to billions of predictions • Effected a live migration to a unified platform as a part of multi team effort saving several million dollars per month in AWS costs. The framework designed with the team was adopted by the Einstein Apps independently with tooling, status transition, logs and dashboards incorporated for triage of issues. Specifically worked on the main tool used for triggering migration and entities that record the status with several stages and transitions available for rollback, monitoring and triaging scaling to millions of records. • Worked on Data Cloud metadata entities (DMO, DLOs Data Streams) that are used to provision an org to read data for training across different regions in AWS. Current iteration on a windows client with Java Spring went live this month with three teams with volume of 300 unique conversations with average of 5 emails per conversations per team, plans to migrate to a web based interface in coming sprints based out of AngularJS and Spring. • Developing an email listener service to rank emails based on urgency and sentiment. Using existing internal tools with modified training features. Reducing the operational overhead of primary team in directing emails to correct teams responsible for issue at hand by auto tagging emails using various statistical and deep learning algorithms. Technologies: Stanford CoreNLP, Django, Ruby on Rails, PhantomJS, MongoDB, GitHub, Amazon EC2 * Worked as a backend engineer in a small team of seven engineers on both Django and Ruby on Rails MVC framework for a platform on content marketing for wealth managers * Helped in phrase extraction using Stanford CoreNLP Tools (Used several Python libraries, Apache Thrift, Beautiful Soup), which is being used in a topic modelling engine powered by gensim (LDA and LSA). The phrases also helped improve the search results in Elastic Search for new content * Used PhantomJS and Capybara to crawl web pages (Poltergeist gem in Ruby) * Used RabbitMQ to scale bottleneck operations to communicate between internal Ruby on Rails/Django/Flask APIs

Technologies: Python, Django, MongoDB, MySQL, NLTK, Stanford CoreNLP, R, Google ngrams, Protégé, GitHub, SPARQL, Freebase, RDFlib * Worked closely with a team of only eight developers to build the first beta version of a social networking based website aiming to change the way we review and rank our recommendations for anything and everything. * Helped in creating the category matching engine that matched concepts shared on the website predefined classes eg. mapping Sushi places to Japanese restaurants, Pizza place to fast food restaurant etc. * This was a preprocessing step to write it to a semantic knowledge base. Used RDFlib and SPARQL to write to the knowledge graph * Worked with the Django web framework using MVT design framework. Integrated code with RabbitMQ and Celery for process management, used MongoDB for caching. Worked with models on the backend to write to database based on MySQL. Used South Migrations for managing different versions of models for the apps * Used APIs for Google, Yelp, FourSquare, DBPedia, Freebase, Word2Vec, WordNet, NLTK, apt-tagger for creating end to end semantic mapping system. * Used Github for version controlling
