I created Netflix’s first-ever Content internship hiring strategy & program, partnering with Hollywood-based teams in Post Production, Music Creative & Production, Visual Effects, Books & IP Scouting, Dubbing, Production Health & Safety, Production Security & Intelligence, Screening Operations, Sustainability, and more. In 2024, our program sentiment NPS score achieved a perfect 100 (all 10/10 ratings) among all Content interns and an outstanding 77 (avg. 9.2/10 ratings) among hiring managers & mentors.
I helped scale Netflix's early career hiring from an initial 2021 cohort of 38 interns to 308 total hires (162 interns + 146 New Grads) in 2024 — a 711% increase in 3 years. 104 unique schools were represented out of those 308 hires as a result of the target-school-agnostic strategy that I pioneered.

I transformed campus and intern programming strategy to reduce spending, increase top-of-funnel diversity, and maximize high-impact mentorship — exceeding diversity hiring targets by 39% for interns and 18% for new grads, and bringing the return offer extend rate for interns to a program-high 91% in 2019.
I implemented multiple improvements to the engineering interview process, resulting in 10%+ increases YOY in onsite-interview-to-offer-approval and other key passthrough rates.
