* Developed and enhanced the core features on the SaaS-based micro-service where all the Citrix ADCs can reach out to discover and self-register with Citrix’s Application Management platform. * Developed the new migration daemon to migrate historical telemetry and events records of all devices of 80K customers to the new service platform. Designed and developed the data analysis daemon to process CSVs with over 100K data per week with scalability, parallelization and implemented the failure recovery phase. * Designed and developed the new Python-based microservice to display the reports for resource usage metrics, key Insights, and key events of ADCs on the landing page using GraphQL and Restful APIs * Built Python-based microservice which provides an interface to connect to a large number of ADCs and agents deployed in various form factors in different app environments. The core of the service runs in a global cloud context and performs operations on customers' instances and agents spread globally across multiple POPs.
