Bradley's dedication and hard work as a vendor/contractor at Microsoft propelled him to pursue a full-time employee (FTE) position. His commitment caught the attention of managers, who granted him expanded opportunities to showcase his capabilities. Eager to prove his worth, Bradley went above and beyond, leading to his successful transition to an FTE role in October 2018.
As a software engineer on the Azure CXP team, Bradley excels in Front-end Development with ReactJS. With an unwavering focus on delivering excellent user experiences (UX), he crafts visually stunning and highly interactive interfaces that captivate users and leave a lasting impact.

Software Engineer

With a stroke of luck and a pinch of ambition, Bradley secured his first full-time job after college. At a hiring event for Software Engineers, he patiently waited for recruiters from a company he had set his sights on. When those recruiters were occupied, Bradley noticed an adjacent table with available recruiters from a company not on his list. Undeterred, he decided to strike up a conversation. This seemingly random encounter led to Bradley's employment with Mindtree, marking the exciting beginning of his career as a Software Engineer.
Mindtree's onboarding process for fresh graduates involved Bradley traveling to India, where he resided for three months at their training facility in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The training program was entirely self-directed, and Bradley focused on honing his skills in Full Stack Web Development with the .NET Framework.
Adapting to a foreign country and experiencing culture shock put Bradley's ability to embrace change to the ultimate test. Surprisingly, he not only survived but thrived, growing in ways he had never imagined. Effectively navigating the challenges, he learned to collaborate with diverse groups, sharpened his leadership and communication skills, and gained a broader perspective on the world.
After completing the training, Bradley relocated to the PNW and began working as a vendor/contractor in Redmond, Washington, serving Mindtree's largest client, Microsoft. Working onsite, he collaborated closely with Microsoft's FTEs, delivering code that precisely met their business requirements.

As a Leasing Agent at Caron's Campus Area Housing (CCAH), Bradley played a vital role in a small, family-run property management business throughout his time at university. CCAH's primary focus was on leasing properties to students near the UWEC campus, as well as managing several family-oriented properties.
Bradley stumbled upon this unique opportunity during his studies in an unconventional manner. As a tenant of CCAH, he received a call one day from the company seeking assistance with computer issues in their office. Bradley willingly accepted the request, promptly went over to their office, and adeptly resolved the problem within just 10 minutes. This impressive display of skills led to an immediate job offer.
At CCAH, Bradley's responsibilities spanned various aspects of property management, but his core duty revolved around providing innovative IT solutions to streamline his coworker's tasks. He took charge of designing and developing a modern, mobile-first website, making property listings easily accessible for prospective student tenants. Additionally, he worked extensively with spreadsheets, creating efficient systems that improved various business functions. In addition to IT-related tasks, Bradley managed accounting, marketing, property showings, and estimated security deposits, showcasing his versatility in the property management domain.
