Responsible for model training, model optimization, feature engineering and A/B testing for Twitter’s real time bidding system for their website and in-app advertising on external exchanges

Building large scale solutions to business and customer problems using machine learning techniques. CrossInstall was a 40-person startup in the mobile game advertising industry. Recruited by the Chief Scientist, who was a co-founder, as the company’s second data scientist. Twitter acquired CrossInstall in May 2020 in a bid to enter the mobile game space and gain access to technology that would allow it to increase its revenue by efficiently targeting external users.

Promoted 2 times over 6 years, from individual contributor to team lead, as the company grew from 120 to 900. Acquired expertise in many systems in display advertising including model training, real time bidding, bid pricing, and advertising delivery.
