I've helped to build and scale the platform that powers our bank integrations and product teams at Plaid. * Rewrote the infrastructure of our integrations service to support easier scaling and faster development * Identified and advocated for service quality improvements, including better data quality and lower unlink rates. * Helped to scale our product scheduling service, which manages over 90% of Plaid's integration traffic. * Helped to design and build the first version of Flexible Link: https://plaid.com/blog/a-new-architecture-for-plaid-link-server-driven-ui-with-directed-graphs/ At various times, I've also been the lead of our engineering blog and reliability working group. * Reliability: Spearheaded proactive and leveraged reliability work across the engineering organization. Worked with account executives, support, and legal to iterate on our incident response process. * Blog: Led a team that shipped monthly eng posts, worked with marketing to drive inbounds and analyze traffic, and worked with recruiting to help surface relevant content to candidates.
